Good post Dracula, you are sounding more like a seasoned SCLP lth every post. Yes this FDA delay bothers me more than the UK arm beginning. You mention Pharma politics, which is something that i brought up 5 years ago after a discussion with a top Oncology consultant over Scancell.

So the MMs finally have brought us down to 7/7.50, not exactly a blue day, there was that UT trade last night to consider for 95k. Must say struggling a bit to work out buys/sells, the sells at 7 are easy, but were any trades above that around 7.12 buys? No idea, missed it all.

Really hard to work it out too, have given much thought to it of late, just find it hard to understand what/if anything is actually wrong?

We are told recruitment is beginning, and hear nothing else about it for 7 weeks or so. Is that just us hoping it takes just that time to confirm trial is underway??

But we also never brought out statements backing the SP in the recent fall with City Financial, although the B.O.D knew of the Vulpes investment, so we are pretty used to them not commenting on news once it has been released until it is confirmed as done. I rather think this is the case now TBH.

reminds me to of shareholder unrest, led by Ivy at the last AGM over communication or lack of it, was that ever brought up at the AGM??

I tend to agree violindog. Scancell are buried between a hard rock, should they have said two years ago that the trial wouldn"t be startng for another two years?? Imagine what that would have done to the share price?? Is it partially the fault of posters here, including me, for finding every positive me can muster from any scraps??

What would have occurred on July 1st or before if Ciff would hve said SCIB1 trial will start in three months?? The share would have fallen anyway, I think. But he couldn"t have said that as patients need to be recruited and until such time as suitable patients are, how can they give a date??

But I tend to agree with your overall point, we do miss timelines, but just perhaps the pressures of being on AIM where news is king is partially to blame too. ATVB x

Hi Dracula, decent enough question. I don"t think so, in fact sure it isn"t. The U.S.A trial we are waiting on FDA approval for trial approval, apparantly being an issue involving Ichor and the FDA.

Here we have approval, and we have announced we are now recruiting first patients for trial. Just waiting on hearing that patients have been selected and dosing has began. I think the two will come together. Remember these are patients with Stage 3/4 melanoma, very poor prognosis and believe me once selected will be dosed almost immediately. Take care
