You make a good point, your observations are normally spot on, just wanted to say that Inanaco wasn"t banned for anything he posted here, ADMIN have been very tolerant in the past, it was for a series of posts he made on the VAL BB, which has history.

Hope you are well buddy, I just think lets move on, no point saying how civilised the BB is and continuing to bad mouth someone who offered much. It just got to the stage a few years ago that I accepted he was not out to make friends, at times I thought crikey that is a bit too much, but at the end of the day I know from knowing him for a few years he is a decent man, a very clever man, but not so interested in others opinions.

Lets face it he took more than his fair share of stick too, it wasn"t one way, but the most important thing surely is there was much to think about and it got me researching whatever topic he was discussing, so I would rather keep hold of those memories than to constantly bad mouth him for a rec and peoples trust. Yet another dig at Inanaco who cannot reply, why not just leave it, however well this BB has reacted to losing him, there will be many times that we will miss his input on the science, it rather balanced out those who are just seeing it from a trading perspective. Was very tempted to just buy 30k around 14.50, rather than apply for 30k OO shares, allocated just 6.5k, seems to me nobody is exactly rushing to buy in the market nor indeed selling except for one 50k seller.

Does anybody else think an over subscription in the OO is not on the cards?

Yep, it reminded me of a few things. I guess we were never going to get £50m from our first collaboration for Avidamab and whilst it is a huge sum which I don"t think any of us dared mention we can see with potentially Phase 1/2 Trials for SCIB1/2, MOD1 and Covidity not to mention any further development in MOD2 and a couple years of overheads exactly where that money will take us.

Can"t imagine Redmile being here for any other reason than to make money, so that is good enough for me too.

Crumbs, from an earlier post you made about Redmile Tranche 1 and a query I made as to £15.2m cash in hand this part..............

Seems the £2.5m anticipated tax credits has not yet been received, and the £2m from UK.Goverment has been banked in a seperate account, accountable to them for future grants. That will make up what I saw as a £5m, shortfall in the cash in hand from the £15.2m current balance. So expecting that to be added soon gives us slightly in excess of the £50m quoted.

Time to catch up for me on the RNSs, many clues in there and no mention of SCIB2.

I got a bit confused as someone put up the GM as the AGM date. I thought 21 days notice had to be given to hold an AGM? Any certainty on that. You could well be right, but I am focussing on the amount we received, conspiracy theories and conjecture will abound but in the meantime decisions need to be made. For me I can see no negatives in the position Redmile have taken, just I feel something big has happened for them to come in so heavily at this stage.

Well it wouldn"t have done any harm as an external validation of SCLP......and/or COVIDITY.

What I am interested in is knowing whether we can expect more funding from U.K.Government when we can justify going into Phase 1 trials?? That being the case the validation from Redmile will be a very positive factor IMHO

Was nearly tempted just to go for 30k in the market at 14.5p, but I have a feeling that the excess shares allocated might be larger than the first trance, simply because it is so close to the last OO, some PIs might be cash strung and the amount is £1m more after many of us might just have spent more on the road to 18p. So hard to call, but if Redmile see an opportunity here, why shouldn"t we?? A very exciting time for us all, can"t wait for newsflow to start coming through, apart from COVIDITY and the UK Goverment funding we have heard ,little else, except for having a warchest that I don"t think any of us half expected. Something is brewing!!!

WTP.............thanks for reposting Bermudas post from ADVFN. I tend to agree the 2nd tranche was part of their plan from the first placing, to allow them to not exceed 30% of the holdings, for now at least.

Conspiracy feelings abound but is there anybody here that even thought a few months ago that we could raise nigh on £50m with a M/Cap that was as low as £23m at one stage?? Not very convinced by suggestions that the amount to Redmile is of little consequence, but there must be a very good reason why they have decided to come on board in such a big way.

I guess like all of us hoping we find out a lot more by the time of the AGM, when the OO is closed and all shares are admitted. I know for me I will be asking for 5 times my allocation than the 6.5k entitlement I can subscribe for, is there ever smoke without water. Vulpes were quite serious about SCLP being a long term investment, and my guess is they have helped bring Redmile to the party. I wonder who Redmile will bring to secure their exit stratagy??

In passing I have received quite a few mails given the Inanaco situation and ways in which we can help bring him up. I an fully aware some are not for that and equally as ever many do. I have droppeda line to ADMIN yesterdayand have advised others to do the same if that is their choice. No one has to make a point of doing so, and whilst enloying thepeace we have seen iam just grateful for his input over the years, and a toned down version wouldcertainlydo for me.

Soif anybody feelsthe same please drop a line to Admin off your own back and see where it takes us. The irony is he shouldn"t have posted there, but he was polite and very much on topic and it is not the first time the rampers have joined together en masse to remove him perhaps it was all too close to the bone, but either way you only have to look at the exchanges to understand what I am saying. So sincerely hope many do, because they want to and no other reason.
