Evening Ivy, I didn"t answer someones question as to what has happened to Inanaco, as you know I"ve been pretty occupied myself the last few few weeks.
Respect your post as it your opinion and the relationship you had was pretty clear to everyone. Seems a bit harsh though as it seems obvious he has no right to reply.
As you may or not know I have known I nanaco for some time, in fact it was 8 years ago I had a visitor in hospital at my worse, and it was Inanaco who had travelled up from Devon. We enjoyed many occasions when he came to London and he stayed over and despite cross words here we still keep in touch every few months.
We know his faults well, many don"t know his qualities like I do, and he will not mind be repeating he suffers from severe life threatening Diabetis Type 1, and whenever we went to out just watching him taking insulin before and after meals was not a good site. On that subject I know his condition has worsened and I can tell by his posts when he is struggling badly.
I would hate to see Inanaco branded and excommunicated quite simply because his contribution here over many years has helped many people, including me and he will be sorely missed for the good stuff which was often the case. We all got timelines wrong, but now it is how many we hold that matters and I even cut a 30k trade a bit short today, after making my £300 target but I have held back a few times lately and lost the margin, but I didn"t feel comfortable just holding 170k I wanted to get back to 200k and glad to see we came back strongly today from 15.80 ask, where I thought we had bottomed out. I got back in at 16.59 after selling at 17.71 and 18.1 just happy I got my target.
Despite many of you who have detested whatever he has said and IMHO pt under too much scrutiny, every little word, I think we can thank him for his contribution his unswerving confidence and whilst I agree the BB is a better place lately, lets not kick a guy who is ill and down. Regardless of his faults, and posting on VAL as he did was unnecessary, but what he was saying was correct, I would like to think you can do without ****ging him off, and remember his contribution over many years. There is no doubt in my mind for all his faults, there were too many times a crowd gathered to make him sound untrustworthy, what happens on ADVFN I cannot comment as I will not read it, institutionalised bullying, no ADMIN and you have heard the rubbish I was supposed to have said and unfortunately was very interested in whether TF had anthing against me. He didn"t, never could but you were all egging him on, well that is something I found distateful too, it takes two to Tango. Please take this as intended, nothing personal at all but he never tried to be something he wasn"t i.e. the greatest trader as some do.
Ruck, many of us have posted on VAL Bermuda, Wildforce too, when Scancell as been victim of untruths, not just Inan
