Knowlesi, this SCIB2 news with CRUK could be a blessing in disguise. I would say considering our M/Cap now SCIB2 is better off in our hands and probably worth a lot more.

- Gross proceeds of £33m will supplement the £15.1m cash balance at end-September 2020 and the £2m UKRI grant, providing management with the resources to achieve several near- and medium-term value inflection points.

- New funds will be used to extend the utility of Scancell’s three technology platforms (ImmunoBody, Moditope, and Avidimab/TaG antibody) to accelerate and broaden the R&D pipeline, and to maintain momentum with the COVID-19 DNA vaccine programme which is on track to start the Phase I COVIDITY trial in 2021. Scancell is also funded to progress SCIB-1, expected to initiate enrolment in the 25-pt Phase II melanoma trial by end-2020, and Modi-1, with clinical trial material being manufactured ahead of Phase I/II initiation planned for H121.

I have calculated £500k a month expenditure, and the cash in hand figures were on a previous RNS at the time of the placing. Perhaps the £2.7m from Govt is being held in a seperate account, accountable to U.K. Govt and the Tax Rebate is yet to come??

I love it when you talk about the sea, whilst happy to be back in London, I miss my recent years in Brighton Marina and Liverpool, where I lived by the sea.

Yes feeling good today,, it was only 4 days and three nights in hospital but being home Friday was a fabulous feeling. They were investigating an unusual sugar uptake from the bowel in a Pet Scan, they knew there was a large polypp to remove and to investigat further. Well they found 8 polypps, removed 5 before blood stopped play, and importantly none of the polypps were malignant!!! So we now move on to investigating another large uptake in my offending lung, but yes feel chipper, another cats life gone, someone up there don"t want me!! ATB

Douve, why would Redmile back us with quite some war chest if the y felt we are not capable of closing a commercial deal??

Do you think they have plans to replace CH , considering we have put a very interesting NED into place??

That shouldn"t surprise anybody Bob, but a huge sign of confidence that we can handle 3 trials, on top of SCIB1/Keytruda and MOD1.

Given the appointment of our new NED, and a fundraise some 140% higher than 10 weeks ago, it would seem to me talks of a commercial deal are becoming rather competitive, and they certainly will with a stronger balance sheet.

TF I actually agree with you.

Less than three months ago we raised at 5.5p, and now a raise at 13p, giving us the cash to move forward on all platforms.

Something must be right.
