Morning AB, not as far as I remember. A couple of days ago 1 sell appeared on moving averages and buy was 88% overall.

Current Strength remains 100%

Current Direction up to 100% from 70% last week.

Hmmm, I would simply say if those people happy with a £2m commercial deal but negative with a £30m raising, then that will sate their appetites for 3 months only. I just have a feeling there is a very good reason to show such a strong balance sheet at this time, could one be getting ourselves ready for a NASDAQ listing, or indeed having a take over or reverse takeover opportunity??

Interested to hear from anybody there feelings on that.

So just 10 weeks after Redmiles first investment here, they now have dug deeper and Scancell will be furnished with another £33m funding and all that given...............""..You are right i don't know what is going on in the board room and neither do you (unless you're going to declare you are in fact CH)? What i can do is base my opinion on past performance (which is all any of us can do) which unfortunately does back my view up that the bod can't complete a commercial deal or keep to a timeline.""

Seems a bit strange to me to invest so much money into such a company, perhaps you could explain that. Good Morning.

There is a bigger game being played it’s just that we don’t know the final score.
It’s rather bizarre that had the RNS said we had concluded a deal with a £2M upfront payment, many would have been ecstatic. But an RNS saying we had an extra £33M draws disappointment from some quarters!

We don't know what the governing factors are.

What if Redmile have been discussing Scancell on the quiet with a 'Global Big Hitter' and the word coming back is 'don't do any deals at all because if the Modi1 data is on point we want the whole shebang' and at top price.

So the armchair wannabee captains of industry say 'they can't do deals' well you don't know the facts but are happy to moan about stuff you have absolutely know knowledge of.

Ask yourselves this :

'We were all waiting for a Mabs deal in the next week or two, CH said that they were one to two months from a deal, but now, today without warning, we are told that there is no deal but instead Redmile are pumping in another £30m'

Why ? Is it because nobody wants our platforms or is there a much greater game being played out ?

My feeings entirely zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Did that this morning mark sold 30k between 17.613 and 18.10, giving me funds to go large on OO and not having to introduce any more cash to fund it from outside sources. Who knows any dips might just buy back a few too. Bid closed 17.28 so nicely poised for tomorrow, but it certainly gets my adrenalin going. Good luck to you buddy, adrenalined out!!!!

Very interesting times mark, totally unexpected news again, news from the left field dominates play. Which is very good as there is so much news still to come.

I wonder too if Scancell would choose a few modifications to SCIB2 before trialling it, and as we are still developing MOD2 we can understand better the need for three new scientists.

There are many factors WTP, but they are key requirements. Not an expert in this by any means, but that is an awful lot of money sitting in a bank. Originally we were told the first funding would provide us till end Dec 2022, what with this one, well end of 2025 approx. Unusual to me and for the vast majority of AIM shares in our M/Cap range, just makes me feel there is another use for it.

Just two things that caught my eye today and brought up a subject we used to discuss some 3 years ago.

1/ Why is it we need to have nigh on £50m cash in hand ATM, anyone thinking a takeover or reverse takeover could follow soon???

2/Reference was made in the RNS to a NASDAQ listing. I just wonder what news would spark the American market to accomadate us?? And one of the main reasons for it not being appropiate a few years ago was the cost. Not exactly a big issue now.

Anyone got any thoughts on either of those??

Whether positive, negative or bits in between, I couldn"t help feeling how we would have felt just 3 months ago prior to the first placing with Redmile for an amount we needed but many of us felt we couldn"t raise, to todays news where twice the original amount has been raised.

So we will have £45m in cash one way or another, 3 trials to begin dosing with, Avidamab and Glyycan/Mabs. I leave out COVIDITY as I am sure that will come from a different account answerable ti UK Government primarily for extra funding.

Why all of a sudden do we have so much cash, Redmileobviously very keen to increase stake and increase our cash in hand. Not in keeping with feeling negative as to Scancell BODS inability to secure commercial deals is it. Expecting another new member of the BOD to be announced very soon.

Given the amount of cash in hand we now have, does anybody think we might have a take over target in sight??
