Ivy, and thank you for your response, more than reasonable, and just one last thing to consider.....................When you talk about the esteem some of us hold for Inanaco, I think that is a wrong choice of words. As you well know, me and Inanaco had a couple of spectactular fall outs when I came over to ADVFN a few years ago, but as I explained from 8 years ago, we shared a good relationship then. Because of that we have kept in touch every few months, just to say hi and he will tell you himself how many times I had asked him to tone down a bit, as I saw poster after poster leaving this BB. In particular I remember when Paul 87 left, he is such a decent man IMHO and the whole episode was so unecessary.
So it is not esteem that I hold for him, just a view from seeing him in real life situations, and yes I am as grateful to him for his contributions as I am angry with him for the extremes, which I have said on a few occasions stems largely from his severe Diabites Type 1. He will tell you himself how on many occasions I pleaded with him just to calm down and sometimes he did.
But as we all have, he has flaws, and can behave as a lunatic, nothing I haven"t told him and just decided when I came back not to respond to him on those occasions. I just didn"t see the value in the constant rows which often took over this BB, and I am sure crumbs will testify to the many occasions we used to discuss a different thread just to drown the noise. So we tried and I understand your feelings, just really want us to move on and discuss with value all that concerns Scancell. Saying the esteem we hold him in is not what it is, just the ability to take the good stuff and ignore the rest which is distruptive and unnecessary.
It is a good thing to see so many posters who didn"t post often posting here again without a hint of personals anywhere. That is the only reason I mention it, and lets take a lead as plenty of others have in moving forward for the benefit of all. It is a fact that ADMIN are monitoring this BB more carefully than others, and that alone is the reason that on some occasions personal posts do get removed, I do not anybody who reports posts, which is the exact opposite of what some on here read, and is one of the ""benefits"" on posting on ADVFN where there is no monitoring and people can edit there posts as they wish.
GL to you whatever you have decided on doing in the OO, it would seem to me going by the buy volumes here many people have elected to go for the OO, as you know £4k to me is a fairly large amount to further invest, and I decided to buy 10k in the market yesterday at 14.37, and a further 20k in the OO where I was allocated just 6,200 shares. Think I will get 10k in total in the OO, making the 20k an average of 13.68 a share, and a total back to 225k which I feel comfortable with. Expecting good news between the 30th and the AGM on the 9th November. ATVB
