Yes Ruck you share my hopes too, but referring to your post Thursday night asking a valid question that maybe I shouldn"t cast Vulpes as the villian, do you not think Vulpes are party to the AGM contents? and in view of that they only felt we needed £25m. Does that not rather suggest we should limit our expectations a little as to its content??

Been wondering where you had disappeared too. Yeah been thinking the same thing lately . Isn"t inanaco posting over on ADVFN?? Been wondering where Burble has gone too. Mind you we haven"t heard anything new about the science for some time, one of the reasons I am looking forward to the AGM, there must be so many things that we just don"t know about, but I remember David Evans talking at an AGM in London back in 2013, there were just about 20 people there, and he said much to my surprise that the Scancell wouldn"t be doing regular updates just on the science because so few people actually understand it. I remember the look on Inanacos face!!!

I guess it is true, there is one thing trying to understand what and why they are doing and quite another really understanding it. None of us are oncologists, but seeing Redmile backing us in the manner they have can only give confidence that we are on track. Wildforce made a good point about the M/Cap as when you deduct the cash in hand the IP has been valued higher than now although the M/Cap is at its highest level.

All about balance isn"t it, I actually prefer to hear others opinions than reading some of the science posts which I struggled to fully understand anyway. But peoples opinions are valuable especially for me on the trading side. Letsvface it how many shareholders do we have that even just about understand the science?? Not that many would be my guess, but all the information over the years about inflection points, charts and a number of things we all need to know. One old saying was the ""science will see us through"", well some truth in that but how many companies never get the funding to prove it up?? I would have thought the majority.

I remember too Inanaco often saying money will never be the issue, well we have seen differently haven"t we, and that"s why on such a vital issue as the resolutions passed today I just don"t get how Diggle can continue on the board. None of us in our wildest dreams would have even thought it was possible to even raise £10m with a M/Cap sometimes just under £25m, and now Diggle could have stopped a funding more than the old M/Cap!! It just doesn"t sit well with me. Take care buddy an interesting time ahead for sure.

So tomorrow we should hear about the OO allocation, and the positive will be a nice 4 figure credit in my account, which is good timing, believe me, and on Monday we have the AGM recording (is that right?), which should be quite interesting after the EGMs and Redmiles 1st AGM,There are possibly so many items of news due for updates and any left field news( we hope)!!

And I do believe there is a very good reason TBA for Redmile arriving on the scene, to me when Martin Diggle sold 1.9m shares back in April at 8p, he didn"t know of Redmiles intentions, so the answer to a pretty popular question ""why now" could well be made clearer, and I don"t buy the idea of happy families in the boardroom, after 25 years in this game Lindy nearly had the biggest funding we have ever seen snatched away (women never forget!!). So I more than wonder how such a huge issue will be swept away?? I don"t think it can , how can you have a large shreholder on the BOD with such potential to damage the will of a united BOD? and I wonder how it will be resolved.

A question to all...............how can the BOD call an EGM to remove a Director?? And the question of whether Vulpes stay invested, well £££££"s will give us an answer IMHO, and I do believe as Redmile have reached 29.97% shareholding another ii could be poised for a swoop, alligned to Redmile. Just my thoughts, as ever.

Correction Ruck, you worked it out for me!! As mark says I think my last OO worked out at 23% with HL. This time reckoning it might be the same I chose to buy 2 lots of 10k in the market at 14.37 and 13.875 rather than have the money tied up in subscribing for 40k, and just took my 7k odd plus 13k for excess shares, so if I get 10k which is about 23% my average would be 30k for 13,75 (just about)

There are so many items of news that could be released, and it is interesting for balance that Martin Diggle didn"t believe we needed the extra money for now?? So Lindy what are our plans? of particular interest for me is any timelines for SCIB1 and MOD1 trials given the state of the Covid 19 virus, which in todays RNS CH said.........................

Yeah, I was looking for that, must have been pretty close, which is yet another reason why I feel someone else will be coming in, alligned to Redmile to ensure something like this can never happen again. Well it is the first time I have voted, didn"t realise that it is so easy to vote online TBH.

So presumably we will hear at any time from now the share distribution, and you make a good point, there is a lot of money tied up in subscriptions, which I think a fair few will purchase in the market. My own feeling is we might get 25% in extra shares, pretty much the same as the last OO, and dependant on who you use, I trade with H/L too, amounts will vary, in some cases sharply. My own view is from the refund I get credited with I will per say buy the same amount as bought at 13p which now will make it a 14.25 average purchase. Hope that helps
