So it is Monday 9th of November, in a year we will never forget for sure. Then again the last few months here have been pretty unforgettable too. I just tend to feel our year is far from over, more OO shares to allocate and the most important AGM we have had we are about to come privy too. Yep been looking forward to this one, can only guess the content, but it has been a while since we had full updates and it is Redmies first AGM with us. The log jam is getting bigger as indeed are our expectations, looking forward to hearing all that is Scancell and how the coming year will shape up.

Lets hope we have smily faces by this evening and a backdrop of blue today as we venture into unchartered waters and by that I nean platforms intact with the funding to propel them forward virus permitting.

Well we will get the OO allocations,, I haven"t got that many but looking forward to my credit, lol, then by 4.00 we will be able to share our thoughts on the AGM and wuestions we might have for the BOD to consider.

We always talk about a Pivotal Year, well this most certainlyis one, and it could well explain Redmiles decision to come on board and take their holding to 29.97% in a hurry. Must say I feel excited, although trying to temper expectations. I doubt we can announce definitive dates for trials, but we can outline sites and numbers and with the warchest we now have be ready to go when the curtains open.

COVIDITY, well that is another matter, hard to temper my hopes for that one.

So good luck those of you waiting on big allocations from the OO, and heres to a blue week to ferment our position and our rising status.

Well what we do know is we raised 50% more than last time at 140% higher (13p). PI base is growing and confidence is high

Hadn"t received mine Ivy on Friday, but H/L was amongst a few on the low side last time around 23%. As I said I didn"t have the funds to go for what I wanted and rather than tie up the funds for a 23% return I bought 20k in the market for an average 14.08 in 2 buys and just 20k in excess shares

Well there certainly are quite a few different opinions that have come up with Redmiles investment, much speculation, and the interesting thing about that is quite a few of us will be wrong, lol. Still haven"t heard any opinions to a question I have posed a few times, which refers too when it is likely that we can resume trials, I understand why, it is a hard one, but very important as to what we are waiting to hear in the AGM about our immediate plans, simply because the largest chunk of our warchest will be spent on those trials and it just might be the case that we cannot give definitive timelines now but when we can resume we just have the funds ready to initiate trials without further delay. Still expecting some very positive news about COVIDITY which could well drive the SP in the very short term.

Thanks LL, well there are a few different opinions here, why would Redmile invest so much money here if there was no need for the money or no plans to spend it wisely. Surely the potential to move towards a NASDAQ lising in 2/3 years time is far greater with Redmile than it is with Vulpes, and I cannot imagine the BOD being overjoyed at the prospect of being hand fed cash so Vulpes could build there stake at 5.5p. After 20 years of fighting for funding and having as many lead candidates as we do ready for trials can anyone blame the BOD for securing funds now??

I still don"t think back in April when Vulpes sold 1.9m that they knew of Redmiles intentions, so who was it that connected them to us? that is just one reason I feel another ii or Big Pharma could well show their hands if Vulpes want to call it a day, and Redmile would have considered the possibility of any overhang in the market and bringing on board such a company fully alligned to themselves which Vulpes are clearly not as we have seenbby the EGM having to be adjourned to carry the resolutions.

I was thinking during a long night, about Ruck asking me to reconsider casting Vulpes as the villain, and a few people have mentioned they were angry as I was that Vulpes sold 1.9m when they did last April. Well maybe that was done with Redmiles interests at heart too, after all they both added at the time of Redmiles first tranche??

Seems like everyday these days there is something to look forward too the following day/week and this week is no exception. Tomorrow I presume we will allget our allocations of OO and excess shares, where applicable, and a nice credit in my account, and by 4.00 is it we will get information about the AGM uploaded to the website by 4.00. We could see some decent buying too once monies are released and we know how many we seek in the market.

Unlike other years, trying to keep this AGM in perspective, but with all the recent stake building, the passing of EGM resolutions it is hard not to imagine a fair bit of news. There are so many items that are due for update, particularly how we are advancing with COVIDITY, but a question I have posed a few times is does anybody have any idea where we stand with initiating trials?? We have heard and is always the case monies are earmarked for further development but we are in a log jam already with trials for SCIB1/Keytruda and MOD1 expected soon and even the possibility of SCIB2 being ready soon. But how do we stand with the coronavirus now in getting these trials underway, as I said yesterday I am a keen reader of Fierce Biotech daily and the ack of trials getting underway is clear to the eye.

So I am presuming COVIDITY will be the frontrunner for mews and could well be an inflection point if trial dates are outlined or given, but even there I have asked a few times about where we stand with additional funding for entering into a Phase 1 trial. Is more money on the table?? And lest we forget Avidamab, we have had one year collaboration reached, with another due later this month and 2 months after that.

So guys any ideas about what you are hoping for or expectations, and any idea where we might stand with initiating trials, I can only imagine further development will come by MOD2/MOD3, Avidamab and all Glcyan/mabs and wouldn"t it be something to get news from the left field, nothing like a surprise.

Well I mentioned a few times that the first generation COVID treatments don"t seem to be getting rave reviews in the media and television, and I read every day the Fierce Biotech reports and it seems very much the same there. I noticed Astra Zeneca blaming there delay and I just wonder what the real reason is.

Like us all I think COVIDITY will feature highly at the AGM as I thinkAvidamab will too, we haven"t really spoken about that much but we still have 2 collaborations which haven"t reached a year yet, so there could well be news on that. Looking forward to hearing the agenda, updates have been a bit thin on the ground, so a fair few due.

Yeah, thanks for that, and like I said I am considering your post about anyone casting Vulpes as villains at this juncture, yes I do see things a bit black or white, we will soon find out.

Well done buddy, funny enough the charts didn"t pan out that well in the end. I didn"t trade it so well, I made good money but my biggest trade was selling 30k at 18.1p, called that right but bought back at 16.57. Oh well I am targetting £400/600 a trade so I guess I am achieving that, perhaps I should be a bit bolder, but I seem to have a problem wanting the SP to fall, I might make £300 a point in profit in the trade, but I am losing £2k a point in my P/L!! , and hoping there is no news in the morning does my head in!!! I guess I was finding it easy trading between 6-9p, but it is taking me time at these levels to feel as comfortable,,,,,,,,,,,,,anyone else feeling that??

Excellent news, H/L was about 23% and Im not expecting too much more this time. Only asked for 20k I was entitled to 6.5k, but I bought 20k in the market at 13.975 and 14.37 just in case.
