I think I got just over 50% from H/L some 28% more than last time. It"s been weird so few of us are commenting on our ""luck"" lol.

Just a few short of 250k now, been a bsy month for me rebuilding from 170k. Oh for the timing!!!

In fact Douve I remember Lindy saying she thanked all for their support this year, which is a pretty standard matter from previous AGMs, but how can you not mention the £48m raised from one new and one existing shareholder in particular????

I am sure CH will be commenting much more on that aspect on Tuesday.

And yesterday was 4.3m, which was far more than Monday.

Considering the large volumes we have seen the last couple of months, does that warrent a near 35% fall in the share price??

Well TBH I only watched it once on Monday too, couldn"t watch it again!!! BUT I am sure Lindy made no mention of the 2nd OO and it wasn"t live, so would of had to be done on the Friday to make mention of it or indeed any other comments surrounding Redmile and Pfizer in particular, but I wonder if anybody else can comment on that.

I just don"t buy that Lindy and Sally cover the Science aspect only, I have been watching Whitty of late speaking about the COVID science and he more than ever tries to explain how different it is for the Government to apply giving consideration to the countries finances.

I would have thought by now Lindy is more than competent to understand the consequences of choosing the presentation to share what she did, so not making any excuses for her, and where was the input from Vulpes or CH in doing so anyway. I really do understand what they were trying to do, it was one big update on so many platforms and progress, but from a small PI I am none too happy about the consideration given to the SP in such a market as we are in, or was it just confidence that news will sort out the SP soon as I hope. Either way, bet they regret it and it will be very different on Tuesday IMHO.

I actually total agree with you, and when I said the AGM was dreadful I should have added for a PI, short term.

What I would say to that comment is the recording was done sufficiently before the BOD needed our YES votes, BUT yes it bothers me that more thought wasn"t given to it from an SP perspective. BUT I do think that could be reversed a bit this Tuesday, but it takes longer perhaps to get sentiment back than it is to hold it. The caveat being it is much cheaper to get back in now. GN

Well you called it very right more than anybody if I might say a while ago. A few of us, me included pointing out we had a big M/Cap to hold onto. It wasn"t just a case of dilution which was your main thrust but respect to you for many posts which in retrospect everyone can see called this better than most of us, and that was not with the hindsight of Pfizer nor the AGM presentation.

A good evening to all, maybe this is the least of all our current worries or it should be, I certainly won"t be changing my life over £12k in paper money. My sanity is worth considerably more than that!!

Knowlesi, please take note of that, we much need this BB to deteriorate as it used to, let it be a place where we can post our views and opinions, not personal.

Why are you so obsessed with that, the mob doesn"t exist, and perhaps many of ""team ramp"" those who feel positive called it very right from 5p-18p, you certainly didn"t.

I just feel it is a combination of a complete over reaction to the Pfizer/Biotech news, albeit a fantastic advancement for the science, we still don"t have a cmploete cure for SARS!!! It will take at least a year for Pfizer to get mass production in, scientists are still debating how long anti bodies last, some say 4 months, some suggest less and that decreases with age. Some suggest 2 doses might be needed, antibodies life suggests every three months another vaccination is needed. Can you really see that working in real life Britain, and we are just a small piece of the world.

I can see a few vaccines being approved, and then ineventibally we will see combination trials take place and this realistically could go on for years, so I think from the poerspective of COVIDITY we are very OVERSOLD and unfortunately the news fell on the day of the AGM recording, which did a lot for explaining the science updates but nothing for sentiment...............is that team ramps fault????

You can"t have it both ways knowlesi you were very positive if not apolegic when we rose to 18p, but very quick off the mark to start with the ethical side of members posting.. From the shares perspective I too was very disappointed with the AGM presentation, but yes still positive in our future, the possibility of more financial assistance from another party and helping us through the trial process for a cut in commercialisation profits. I am pretty sure that will happen and we might see things very differently come Tuesday. We are a mere clog on the worlds population, every country has big problems, damn social media and politics, but IMHO why be so aggressive, I tend to avoid it as I know where you are coming from, but I equally know you are posting mainly about one individual. It has been a pleasure hearing from so many new posters and existing ones too, as wee see sentiment turns on a sixpence, it will happen again, soon I hope.
Just a small matter of Redmiles £48m investment eh, says more than either you or me are saying IMHO.

Hi Knowlesi, well I hope you are doing well buddy. That was in reference to last week actually when you didn"t respond as a few times before.......................but hey as you know and I know we understand one another better than most, and yes respect others viewpoints too (sometimes, lol). Only too happy to highlight where you said it first on Monday, and it shared my view too.

I hope and know you will see today I post as I feel, not how I am trading, and that to me is what I respect about others that use this BB.

WTP, your post made me smile, but Knowlesi was right in his initial reaction to the AGM recording, it is just a shame in my perspective when I ask for his opinion in real time he fails to answer.

There are a few positives to hold onto here, especially now as I have dumped my negatives (feels better), the AGM IMHO on the 17th will be very different and let us remember the RNS of the 24th September (I think)................................

Well how significant is that to what we have witnessed and what I am hoping for. Sally and Lindy explained the difficulties we have faced this year, like everybody else really, but timelines for trials, and work done on trial sites suggests we could be bounding into the New Year, as we thought anyway, with all guns a blazing. We might just have to wait till Tuesdays AGM for the full account of where we stand, yes I do believe even more from the AGM recording we are going to be taken through trials by a Bigger Pharma, which will lessen the log jam and allow to us to keep developing new candidates. So perhaps not too long to wait to see a reversal of the shares so unceremeniously dumped this week, sentiment and news as ever will drive us, just don"t think a science based AGM is particularly in keeping with the demands of AIM.

Keep punching all, hope we are all dealing as well with this virus as we can be, it is not about being perfect, but all about minimalising the risks we hold to each other, hopefully the good side of many people will be the stepping stone as we move forward out of this nightmare.

Lastly Pfizer, maybe 2 doses needed, antibodies last max 4 months, that is 6 doses a year for us minimum. Hmmmm, COVIDITY oversold IMHO

What TF posted (why was he so sarcastic?) about another ii or big Pharma coming in too take COVIDITY through trials I obviously agreed with, it mirrored my own thoughts last week about what could happen now Redmile are involved, and even more now I see that as being the case for SCIB1 and MOD1 trials too. Sally and Lindy did speak about the difficulties in initialising trials, and even more I think a Pharma might just come in to take us through them, bear some of the costs and of course profit from commercialisation. What are your thoughts on that now?

That recording was done some time earlier than the adjourned EGM and the Pfizer announcement, and I am looking forward to hearing a lot more from CH on the 17th with reference to those matters and how the commercial side is shaping up in the future. Lets not forget the latest person to join the BOD whose expertise is in partnering deals, the timing suggests my theories could well have some substance behind them. ATB

Yes she has been a star numerous times and one of the reasons I still hold here is because of Lindy herself. I just felt she came over very tired, and lacking her normal excitement as she spoke. Perhaps with the pressures around running Scancell at this particular time through the virus, and very long hours in the boardroom discussing finances and the pressures that brings on timelines and having to fight to get the YES resolution passed, she was tired and that is OK

Also the recording was before the yes vote and the Pfizer news sure that will form part of Tuesdays AGM. ATB

Well I believe that will still possibly apply to SCIB1 and MOD1 too, and it would have to be via Redmile or not as Redmile already hold 29.97% of the shares.

Burble, it seemed to me that the immediate urgency is to get MODI and SCIB1 into trial, considering the latest pandemic I was a bit surprised that timelines are still being given as they were, but it seems a lot of work has been done in getting sites for trials.

We heard very little for Cliff Holloway, the reason I feel next Tuesday will be very different is that I expect him to feature more and spell out the commercial progress we have made, what we expect and the reasons why Redmile have come in so heavily. Seems I could be very wrong about Vulpes as was suggested to me, but as TF posted earlier I still feel even moreso that a Big Pharma could be coming in with a partnership to conduct any number of trials, and hence Redmiles interest now.

All is looking good still, development has been made, shame that the science aspect appeals more to the purists than the market as a whole.

Yes I have used the word dreadful now, at the time it just left me cold. We can see by the resultant reaction to the share price what the majority thought?? Still, my last top up was the balance of my OO refund at 13.50, got my holding to 242k, I haven"t sold a share and my negative comments are completely against my holdings stratagy.

Maybe dreadful is a bit unkind, there was certainly a lot on the science, but as you know AIM moves on news and sentiment, I just felt there was no immediate news to get excited about, and sentiment has as it always will just drifted away for now.

On a mighty positive note, we would have been very happy to have seen 11.50 just a few months back, knowing we now have a £50m warchest to get into trials ASAP is an incredible bonus, and I would add that taking off the warchest the IP is valued about the lowest it has been since our 5-7p days. Still I have higher hopes that the AGM next Tuesday will be very different with the knowledge of the YES vote for resolutions and what the Pfizer/Biontech news does to affect COVIDITY or explain further why it is needed even more now. GL...........it pains me to post negatively, but Sally and Lindy need to step up the mark in knowing how to portray a company with the progress we have made and as our warchest dictates. AIMHO

Morning Guys, what a rotten week, the big plus for the world is possibly this Pfizer/Biontech vaccine, a science breakthrough for sure and will be the first of many I am sure. Just a few questions, 90% of 45k? Who are the 45k, race, colour, age, health etc and likewise who are the 10%? People are getting very excited but the mass production is still a year away, doses will be offered to the over 80s. 75s, etc first, and I am sure from a letter I received last week I am on the most vulnerable list for everything, but I would like to know a lot more which I am sure is the case before I become a guinea pig!! I am sure a few vaccines will be approved in the months to come, and I can then see many combination trials being initiated much like we have seen in cancer.

With ethics such a huge part of the Science community, I find it odd that a press release, not peer reviewed can have such an effect on rivals and world markets, but I guess that shows how vital this is.

A word about the AGM recording..........................I thought it was dreadful, I was so excited to watch it, filled with hope and purpose and after hearing it, with reference to Sally and Lindy I just felt nothing. Of course it was all about the science, unusually, but obviously like everyone we have been affected by this virus, I am just hoping that the AGM itself next Tuesday 17th now we know the vote was yes and the Pfizer vaccine explains more fully how we see COVIDITY commercially and just a lot more upbeat with excitement that Moditope and Avidamab is providing.

So BOD sure you are watching this week, sentiment has been drained for now, over expectations for the Pfizer vaccine exist, but at the end of the day we have just raised nigh on £50m, something must be very right, please at the agm address this.

Seems amazing to me that a Big Pharma without any peer review, just a press release, little data or knowledge of safety and efficacy can cause such a global effect on World Markets. Can imagine a a few bruised noses in the corridors of Medical Ethiccacious(ness?).

It can only be good news for scientists, but to let the press take it on a new life?? Nah, we will hear more about this.
