Knowlesi I have never mentioned Biontech in any respect on this BB, I just refer to a 3rd Party who IMHO could well have validated our science in their final decision.

There seems to be a huge conflict of interest, and at a price Vulpes stake will become available. It seems to be hs function was to provide funding, and now Redmile have taken that position away from him. Hence why I believe there will be no function for him in the company and converting the CLNs is the first step before selling his stake. Just MO

That 100k at 13.695, was the same price as the last 2 buys on Friday, hence why I believe it is a buy

TF, and good morning to you, good to see you posting here again and more important happy to speak to you again, after a few years of bad feeling whch I hope has now passed completely.

Just a word about your post thanking AB, well it takes two to tango and I was happy to debate a few issues that were brought up. TBH I was very surprised to be grlled so persistantly for a stong opinon I held, and yes I didn"t like the implied view that I had inside informaton. Maybe that is somethng for AB to consider, in all the years here nave never seen a conversation like that aimed at anybody over having an opinion. That apart it was good to debate the reasons behind the view and I and many others know one very important fact, it is impossible to get any member of the Board or ex member to ever empart with information outside the public domain, and t has been a couple of years since I last spoke to CH or RG about anything as any further nformation I want to know is mainly about timelines, which we will only fnd out when the BOD have something defintive to say, and we will be all be told in an RNS, the same way. Unlike some companies and something that gains my trust in Scancells BOD is news is not leaked and an RNS can come at any time even in a period of few trades and that is somethng I hope never changes, whilst I still feel there are occasions where updates would be more than appreciated by many of us.

For those who still haven"t voted I would suggest fiinding out now if your vote will be in time to matter, Iam pretty sure those votes cast Thursday and Frday will count and it sounded to me that many actually dd so last week.

AB be assured that the many questions you had for me challenged a short term memory which aint that clever, but I gave you numerous reasons behind my thinking and assisted in sating your appetite for hanging on every word I have uttered. I prefer that to those who don"t read posts fully whlst coming to their own conclusions, but I would add the accusations you made and the amount of them you referenced IMHO crossed a line and I hope in conversatons to come certain things you said are not repeated. As knowlesi said nobody here has inside information, but many of us do miss all the detail in RNSs for example and it s good to be in touch with others on all matters to do wth Scancell.

So we have the new EGM results ths week and I believe we wll get to know how many shares we are to get in the OO which I know in my case I use to buy in the market along with further funds I will add on this occason, as I feel this issue wll be resolved one way or another, sooner rather than later and any delay wll not affect short term plans. Again just my opinion, and lets not forget we haven"t lost just the 8.40% Friday, but 18.50 was paid just a week ago, and i consder this now a buying opportunity. Morning TF, well it just showed to me how much she wants it, many of us are here because of Lindy, as I had said if Lindy wants it there must be a good reason, which is good enough for me to back her and rest of the board.

The RNS adjourning the meeting told us how much they wanted it too, the only question remains if Vulpes vote against it, would the BOD want Vulpes on it?? I just think in view of it being a serious matter they won"t. It would scupper any plans Vulpes have t pick up further holdings as cheap as they paid that again is not want the BOD want. S o to suggest that Vulpes may just move on with a sizeable profit is far from the realms of possibility, Redmile know that and again say there plans involves others. Really surprised at ABs reaction to what I feel is a logical outcome.

Just IMHO I would say no it was wrong to post it, but I have seen it and it is genuine and it has been done, so IMHO it is too easy for Lindy to say she never sent it, so Inanaco wouldn"t make it up and funny enough it showed how much she wanted a YES vote and it sounds to me that something else is behind it. More importantly Lindy would have known Inanaco would share it, and I believe that is why she sent it to him. GN off to bed.

AB, crikey I thought we had concluded that discussion, but you make reference to my Vulpes Plan B and a comment I made to LL. Well IMHO Vulpes did have a Plan B as I presume Redmile have too, and I did reply to LL, getting closer, because I felt she was and in her opinion was thinking along the lines I was. Don"t you think there is an underlying reason why the BOD and we know Lindy really want a YES vote here on that resolution???
Can I ask you why Vulpes would block the issue of CLNs to the value of £18m odd at 13p against the boards wishes??

In an ideal world wouldn"t it be great if everybody had the same stratagy?? But of course people don"t and particularly on BODs of all companies. I am just looking further than the NO vote and trying to make sense of it, and these are just some of the thoughts in my mind.

With all due respect I have read a hundred opinions on this BB the last few days, many are dfferent with differing conclusions, mine is just another, and yes when it comes to important decisions I do have a strong opinion. Lets hope as I was wrong about Vulpes Plan B I am as wrong here as to be grilled about having an insider view, it would seem Vulpes Plan B was actually to drip feed the company until such time they had a holding they desired. How many %s of 100 can people own and again I wouldn"t rule against Redmile having another ii waiting to come in here and the way in which matters seem to be panning out Vulpes holding would seem to be a target for another interested party which surely would be good for all of us as we know the costs involved in the expenditure here, the possible costs for 4 trials and the further development in more platforms.

I just find it difficult to accept that Redmile or the BOD would not have realised this could happen and would possibly lead to a battle in the boardroom which if it comes down to money I can only see Redmile winning.

Please don"t take this personally, I don"t know how long you have been readng this BB, Or how long you have been invested, but there are many of us who from previous AGMs and messages of good will who go back 8/9 years. Without the input of every single person that I follow, I would know very little.

It is just a logical conclusion (to me) of how this might conclude, and as far as us PIs are concerned isn"t it good to have 2 parties fighting for control??? The most common topic of conversation here for many years has been lack and need of funding, and when we finally get it, people are suspicious of the motives behind it. Well all parties are interested in making money and I felt with Redmiles investment we are just two steps closer to gathering more iis to the company. Hence I conclude that Redmile will have (as they are reluctant to hold more than 30%) others to bring on board prior to this EGM. Do you really believe they hadn"t seen this coming?? Well I don"t hence my opinions on the subject, anyway a pleasure talking, to many more.

Can I also add that I have always posted when I buy, the amount I hold, and when I conclude a sell when trading my core holding up to 15%. I know nobody would know when I do trade because my style of posting doesn"t change according to my trades. In this case as I said I tried to sell 40k at 14.50 on Friday as I kinda knew we would fall on Friday, but wasn"t prepared to sell for 14.04 the price offered by the time I decided.

My pet dislike on many BBs is those who post to influence a trade they have entered, something many people here know I would never do, and it is funny how some who never declare anything change their minds every few days. Nothing wrong with that it is trading, but bad form to me to create panic sells for our own needs. IMHO we will bounce back strongly from this, and there were many on Friday in the 1.3m volume who decided it was an opportunity to buy. As I said any further drop I am ready and waiting to pick up up to 40k shares. Hope that helps you understand where I come from.

In answer to Ruck I would say that Vulpes have probably brought in some investment, which might explain some of the NO votes, but I am as sure as I can be that Redmile will bring in more and their connections to Big Pharma are many compared to Vulpes. My opinion is also based on the possibility of a NASDAQ listing in 2/3 years, and hence the need to gather as much data as possible in the time period (if allowed to) .

The only reason I mentioned the content in your post is that many people have voiced their opinions on this BB in the last few days, and I just wondered why you should ask me whether I had inside information?? Of course I haven"t, have just come to a few conclusions based on the input of many others here and a few references in the RNS. Without an opinion how can we vote YES or NO?? But the message from the information we have is the BOD want a YES resolution passed, and that is good enough for me. Take care ATB And no problems ATB

Afternoon Crumbs, well I still think Vulpes position on the BOD will be untenable going against the biggest shareholders, but lets see how that plays out.

I would love to purchase 40k at 11p, and as I said I tried to sell 40k for a day trade on Friday, but the bid moved from 14.50 to 14.04 within moments......BUT I will not talk down the situation to benefit my position.

Just one of the "hints given to us by the BOD".

This has been one long jigsaw puzzle here for some time and fortunatley there are many people I discuss Scancell with, so these are my conclusions from the facts presented to us.

find it difficult to see how Vulpes will ward off Redmiles ambitions and like empty ender and many others I think it is a matter of time before Redmile get control, you would have felt Vulpes would be behind Redmiles funding, but we can see in retrospect Vulpes stratagy and I do not believe it is alligned to PIs interest. Yes I do thing Vulpes holding will be snapped up, and they are simply putting it into the window by voting NO, one of the reasons was so happy with Redmiles intervention was because of the contacts they have, and we can see there validation for us quite clearly by the sums invested.

Lastly the BOD are alligned in wanting the investment ratified and I trust Lindys wishes, all will become clearer in the next few days.

AB, not sure why you posted that about inside information nor why you accused me of changing Barcharts opinion to Strong Buy, but it would be good to hear the underlying issue. ATB

Another was all for bulding his holdng recently, I guess he wants to do that cheaper, understandable but like you I believe Vulpes will eventually have there holding bought out and a 3rd party will snap it up, closely alligned to Redmile.
