No I have said before and today that I don"t believe that is the case now, and no I don"t believe there will be a large block hanging over the market at all. There is more interest in Scancell than you would ever believe. Let events unravel and this is not the first time that any company has a situation where shareholders become unalligned with one another. Indeed there stake could become very useful to a further investor.

Glad to hear that Konar and I agree with what you say. It just seems two parties are not alligned in there vision for the future.

Vulpes have started this upturn, for that we should be very grateful, but the BOD are delighted with this investment as I am sure we all are. There certainly will be no need for more funding at this stage, and will certainly lead for what we all need now......some serious data. ATB

I think when it comes to big bucks it is more than just throwing toys out of the pram. Yes Vulpes are against this wanting to go for smaller dilutive raisings, whilst the BOD can"t believe they have been so fortunate to get so much funding in one go.
A question of whether Diggle should remain on thr BOD will come up in due course, but some great posts here today and I have the feeling if everyone votes yes as suggested by nearly all the resolutions will pass accordingly. ATVB

Absolutely agree with NXC, news travels fast here. Essential we vote in favour of the resolution,a great reaction on this BB today, and yes it took me just minutes to get through to Hargreaves Lansdowne, Corporate Actions and put a proxy forward for my 230k.

IMHO, we have the greatest opportunity to take Scancell forward now, lets not lose it for a shareholder who I believe is now not alligned to our visions, but very much to RGs.

Everyone has an agenda, it does seem Redmile have crashed Vulpes partym where I saw it as first as being part of Vulpes agenda it may be the amount Redmile have come in with might be the issue?

Perhaps Vulpes had a vision of smaller dilution raisings. It could be as simple as that.

Exactly, I think also to a certain extent we forget Scancell have advisers too. So perhaps it is just a case of being good for Scancell but outside the personal agenda of Vulpes?

I doubt that compound. I had originally thought Vulpes and Redmile were moving in concert, doesn"t seem the case now. Is it not a good thing that the two main shareholders are battling for overal import??
