I’ve been thinking about this and in particular, the candidate selection criteria of no previous infection and no vaccine jab (per SA Lung Institute webpage). I think they might broaden that to include people who have been previously infected and / or been jabbed. Wouldn’t this make total sense to both increase the candidate pool and also from a data collection perspective?

I believe this is likely to happen. My theory anyway. You heard it here first!

Reason I ask, is that I see DIOSynVax only on the Pre-Clinical tab of the WHO Vaccine Tracker but as a DNA candidate. The article at the link below and the tweet, suggest an MRNA candidate?

Couple of days back, I did drop Scancell a cheeky (but professionally written) mail, asking when I’d be able to sign-up for the UK trial (I know that requires approval). Not heard back yet!

By my reckoning, the delivery of multiple value inflection points, is now down from 18mths to 14mths.

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery.
