Chester - fully agree there is no drama here. In the last 8 weeks we’ve had Scancell provide an update for the iSCIB1+ Clinical Advisory Meeting to Strengthen Plans for Phase 2/3 Registration Clinical Trial and also the strategic partnership with PharmaJet. Both in addition to the schedule of conference attendance at prestigious industry events. Then there’s Company Results on Tuesday and the previously communicated timeline for clinical data updates.

Hardly a news blackout and/or time to start jerking knees imo.

Maybe significant that it’s Lindy herself presenting in Basel. We know from past conferences that hasn’t always been the case.

Am sure that presentation will be poultry in motion.

If this ever gets anywhere near 175p, I suspect most here will be long gone!

Not the references to “unmet medical need”. Now where have we seen that in print before 😉

The clinical data is rolling in now and we will soon know what it looks like. Perhaps the FDA will too.

Maybe Matt but I’ll go with what was in print in the RNS 24th July.

“ with clinical results expected in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025, respectively”

No mention of early, late or anywhere in-between, just within the quarter(s).

In my head, I still haven’t completely ruled out the possibility of a sneak preview of early iSCIB data, when the SCIB RNS lands. A teaser if you like, ahead of Q1 2025.

AGM second half of November I expect.

Just a point on the SCIB/iSCIB timelines. There was no mention of “late” Q4 2024 / Q1 2025.

So whilst it may not be, it could be the first week of those quarters and that’s obviously a near 3 month difference in clinical data updates.

Alternatively, maybe one day Scancell will purchase Moderna!

Thanks for coming back Berm. Guess it remains to be seen then if there could possibly be an Apple v. Samsung type of patent infringement battle and what that might mean for SC134. If so, perhaps a long way off!

Do you understand the Patent situation here? I don’t fully, hence the question but believed Scancell had made a Patent application in this area. What I’m getting at if it’s not obvious, is how the ownership of any Patents might influence future development / commercialisation of SC134. Can you provide any insight / thoughts around that please, or is it too complex an area to be understood easily?

However there is something disquieting imo in posting along the lines of “I know something that you don’t” on a BB.

Fine if you know something and can use it to your personal advantage / gain but is there a need to post something like that?

Update - which in 2024 for both SCIB and Modi we have had via RNS, as I said previously.

Clinical Update - which historically here, hasn’t meant new data.

Clinical Data Update - the one(s) we hope for and timeline already communicated by the company.

“Clinical update” - I’ve just been involved in a debate around what that should mean with Konar here. Was told must mean new data or it can only be a trial update. Let’s hope then that that view is proven totally correct as mid-October is just 6 weeks away.
