The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Management Iis sleepwalking and needs a new compass. It forgets that it is responsible to shareholders.
Share price is pathetic and this year needs a wake-up call. For an extra £5 on the share price this company is anybodies.
Shall we soon be singing a requiem? Rivals are coining it and their share prices reflect that.
The share is hovering around £14 so a 80p dividend looks good. That consoles the unwary and makes the twisted Board feel good. In actual fact the share price should be above £22 so paying out 80p on a £22 share is quite frankly rubbish and inglorious deception. it is not in the Board's interest to see the price rise as they only buy dividends. This has not hit shareholders yet, enticed in at 80p per share when they should be getting double that. Waken up fools!
Just found out that a quarter of the weight of a Tesla motor car is the battery. I hope hydrogen cars will be a lot lighter and take over from Tesla. Speed up the process please. We will soon have to get rid of petrol and diesel and we are seriously looking for future alternatives. Maybe this firm can beat Mercedes and BMW to the winning post.
What we really need is a large return of cash every so often. Emma is very tight with the money and is behaving like the WICKED WITCH in Hansel und Gretel.
We should get a lot more in returns from the SUGAR COATED house in the woods.
If they greatly increased the dividend, surely that would knock the shorters on the head and increase the overall demand for the shares, consequently raising the price automatically for all of us.
Get the fists up!
The ADR case is interesting and I think I have found a solution. The Board should offer their FTSE shareholders the opportunity to directly change their FTSE shares into ADR's.
Failing this, the firm is condoning corruption.
Why is the SFO not taking an interest here? This share price is being deliberately manipulated downwards to the advantage of a bundle of crooks.
Hold 4,209 shares and I am losing almost £10,000 on my purchase price.
I am being CHEATED.
What I don't understand is why the sleeping Board puts up with this corrupted listing. Surely there must be a system of complaint and a means of sacking the criminals who are operating this crime. Any ideas?
I got a shock. I checked my account yesterday about 3 o'clock and found that I was £40,000 down. I sent them an irate email and they later rectified the situation with the correct prices and totals. They had stock names with no share number evidence attached but a 100% loss in the total column . Luckily if there had been a dispute, I would have a year's hard copy evidence of daily statements to act as evidence of my purchases and sales. I would recommend you all to do this . At the end of the day take a hard copy and file it away, not necessary every day .
You never know when total disaster STRIKES and your portfolio becomes a BLANK SCREEN.
You would think that the share price would be rising in anticipation of the food purchases for Christmas. Do not worry about the French. We have plenty of Australian, Californian and South African wine in stock. They know how to produce a consistent quality of wine suitable for the British taste. They do not seem to have hit or miss harvests like France. Anyway our good English cheddars have more flavour than those insipid bries.
it is hard to believe that they have discovered two million ounces of gold in the Red Lake area. The current pour is the start of a one million ounces' pour. It seems to me that it would be very stupid to sell any shares in this company. This should keep us in riches for years. There is only one way this share can go after initial profit takers have departed and that is up, up,up!
Happy Days Everyone.
What we should be doing is producing more food from our land and boosting our agricultural produce so that we do not need foreign imports.. We should plough more money into this simple plan so that we can re-learn how to feed ourselves . Our agricultural base is downright lazy and farmers need a good kick in the pants. imagine having to import tomatoes and strawberries from Holland. We should ban food that we can produce at home, hopefully at a cheaper price.
Look at the price of Great Bear Resources 'GBR 'in the same area. As far as I am aware it is still a developer but the buying price is absolutely mad '17.45 DOLLARS'. This could be a useful comparison, as the Canadians seem to really pay big prices for their gold stock.
You need not worry!
World's currencies are running wild off the printing presses because of the effects of the virus, so the obvious winner in this unwholesome race is gold.
Wait and see.
I also have been very frustrated with the London market. It seems to be geared in favour of shorters. The top staff should get the boot as they continuously are seen standing on their heads. This has affected their feeble brain power.
I hold a lot of shares in GSK and ignoring the splendid dividend, the price fails to rise. I recommend that these top firms drop their London listings and move to the DOW or to Frankfurt to give them wider European exposure.
London is really finished as a proper trading market. Past glories are now tarnished as they lie rusting in their tattered boxes.
