I think part of the problem is that the firm is not in production yet. It is a question of wait and see.

They should be buying up the goldmines themselves instead of paying the market prices. Such mines as AU, GGP, AAF, and HOC are real bargains. These would also be good investments. It's all a game of chance.

I happened to be in hospital last year and was able to make a few observations. I observed a group of 6 joiners trying to fix a door handle. One of them did the work, the rest stood around and watched. The other disaster I saw was the swivel water tap in the ward. Nurses had been careless in using it and when switched off, it continued to badly leak. I watched a plumber trying to fix it. He obviously had no idea of plumbing because all he did was reduce the water pressure. After he had left it still leaked. .This is only an example of how people are being employed in the health service with a disregard as to how they should operate their various functions. Waste of public money! A lot of other staff seemed to be strolling around with folders under their arms, admiring the scenery. I agree that public money should be better spent.

Farage could always borrow from Musk's pay-packet as it would be a headache to spend a trillion.

I have a suggestion for AAL. As the company is so interested in copper it should buy up some of the old Roman copper mines in Britain and we could save some money on imports. Rachael Reeves has a special fund for growth and she has ploughed some cash into tin mining in Cornwall. She might relish the idea of re-starting copper mining as a growth target. The raw substance might not sparkle as much as diamonds but it cannot be cloned in laboratories. We can always learn something from the past.

Unfortunately the price of the raw product is not keeping pace with the shares. It should be around 2000 dollars. Nice to see AAL rise today. Keep the fingers crossed.

I agree with you. Having lost 15k on Sirius it is nice to see some money coming back. They should contact JP organ again.

There should be a rise in share price to reflect this disposal. Maybe the JP Morgan offer which was turned down by the Tory Treasury refusing to guarantee Woodsmith mine money, should be resurrected under our present government. The environment is somewhat different and this government is chasing growth. This would be REAL growth.

The only good thing about the present fiasco is, as our currency devalues , the price and assets of our best companies increases so we are still in the game. It is unfortunate that we have politicians who are complete fools destroying the nation's remaining store of wealth. They must secretly be employed by Putin, Iran or China to make sure we are a clapped- out bag of bones. Our children are going to suffer as we are heartlessly robbed by the pirates in Westminster. What we have is a wealth destroying machine. Do you want to buy one? Going very cheap!

Can we not simply have a new election? Any ideas how you can oust a corrupt 'freebies' inefficient government?
