I know we have stock of various grade diamonds not sold in previous auctions, but what have we mined or produced in the last 3 months out of the ground? Thought that we would be mining from November when the "Rainy Season" was over.

One of the largest branches in the country, rammed from floor to ceiling in crates of Sale items not yet put on display to public,,,,what public? only 20 customers in store which had been open an hour. Not the bargains M&S thought would make the tills Jingle, and with all the online problems and late deliveries, maybe not such a good Xmas period as hoped.

if a company can issue a news update / bulletin etc when the markets are closed? e.g. over a weekend/bank holiday. (just for my own knowledge)

Is this the only housebuilder in Kent to lose money ??? Come on Directors: Need to tighten up and double efforts - push those sales out.

Although the Company website is quiet, and disposing of the properities seems slow, I think when results are known we may be pleasantly surprised. This is a well run company with a growing reputation. We dont know exactly how the finances work but trust that we are not over extending ourselves. Once the warmer weather and longer nights come in I was thought it was the better selling period and also the better building period. Last time I looked at the website I remember seeing a "Property Portfolio", wonder if any of these are for Sale or been sold? I will keep my shares until they reach 8p+

As we approach Year End (31/03/2014), seem to remember TRAF had sold some properities in the 1st half of this financial year, Edenbridge springs to mind. anybody know these details or of any other properitites we've forgotten about that may have an impact on figures? Be interesting to see if anything sold in this last week/next weekend.

Snippets of good news for housebuiders: - - Help to Buy Extended from2016 until 2020. 15,000 New houses to be built at Ebbsfleet in Kent (Trafalgar is mainly a Kent house builder - get in on some action???). and Wednesdays Budget expected to be good for Construction companies.

CONFIRMED: 5th of the 12 plots now Sold STC, a further £595,000 to come into the coffers. Surely this must start to push the SP up

Dixons has recently been tipped between 60p - 75p since reporting, even that price looks cheap if CW have to pay a premium !!!

The Half yearly report of 6th December states: " Going forward, prices are being obtained from contractors to build out Trafalgar's four sites at Tunbridge Wells (six apartments),Ticehurst (two houses),Sheerness(six houses) and Chatham (three houses). The Board anticipates construction of these properties to commence in early 2014 ."
