Agreed Yanis, think this is a misunderstood Loan/Repo/SellBuyback transaction.

I wonder what JT received in Exchange for the shares as most Electronic trade settlements have Stock/Shares going in one direction and cash going the opposite way Simultaneously, so as to avoid risk to either party.

If America2030 have sold those shares they would have traded with a MM/Broker who before having them as a client would have had to do a KYC/Due Diligence checks etc.

All checkable (if needed).

I think this is probably all ok, and has nothing to do with ANGUS day-to-day oil business other than a major shareholder has reduced their holdings %.

If a problem, its JT's NOT Angus's.

38-40 API oil from the Kimmeridge at Lidsey. This is very significant indeed. This potentially makes the mature oil windows in the Weald Basin a lot bigger than originally thought. This is why I wanted in to this play! 👍 Will people get it? Let’s see.

Surely if its the MM's they would like the SP to go up so they are not sitting on a P&L/Trading Loss.

Its coming up to most Trading houses Month End/Half Year, they will want to show a profit if possible, not holding a loss.

I notice that we have either added or amended 4 attachments 10 days ago, namely:

The above EMail answering issues raised by Mole Valley.

Therefore I believe the delay was probably due to all these documents needing to be reviewed and with Angus being in Consutation with SCC hopefully we have got it right this time for approval

"..we drilled Horse Hill in 2014 and flowed it in 2016, 200 - 1200 bopd. this is to the north and its thinning out. Go to the centre where Balcombe is, and its 50% thicker, from deeper depths where its more mature. Horse Hill was great, Balcombe should be BETTER .."

We have 28 USA licences to be negotiated, PLUS other miscellaneous Licences (eg Hong Kong) that need to be considered.

Not sure if we'll have 1 buyer for the whole lot, or they'll be some cherry picking, or we look to JV most of these?

However, these things take time and no doubt the BOD will be looking to get the best deal(s) for all of us.

I do not expect them to issue an RNS about every aspect of negotiations until something has been agreed.

Friday 15th June = a Triple Witching day also. Normally we see some unusual trades around these T/W dates for a day or two

Don't think the company is rushed to get a quick JV/TakeOver. If the next few months show firms consolidating and making a good tax profit for the States that have already passed the betting amendments it will only push our licence values up, Saying that, I would like to see California come to a decision as they may be the one of the Cherries on this cake along with New York & New Jersey. I'm sure that there are American (and Chinese?) companies interested in us, not just UK companies.
