Massakama JV (Alecto Minerals) Trenching continued at Matouwa during the quarter defining a continuous but only weakly anomalous structure over 2km of strike in the NW of the project area. Further trenches are planned along strike to the south to connect Matouwa to the strongly altered Touma target to extend the prospect to 4km strike length. At the Massu target located to the east of Matouwa, a trenching programme is currently in progress to test a NS trending alteration zone over 1.8km. The first trench excavated on the best lithosample value of 7.53g/t in the centre of the target returned a high grade intersection of 6.40m @ 4.01g/t within a wide zone of alteration and 23.2m @ 1.6g/t associated with strong silica, hematite, limonite and sericite with disseminated and massive pyrite. Recent trenches at 200m to the south and 250m to the north have confirmed the continuity of the alteration system over 500m with results of 13.7m @ 0.11g/t and 4.1m @ 0.28g/t. A programme of drilling (RC) is being designed to test those parts of the structure that are beneath hard laterites.

If memory serves me right, we had diamonds totalling more than 3,100 carats sold at our last auction - what 18 months ago (March 2016) and nothing since. Surely we must have mined some diamonds since then to sell? - Can't remember seeing any news though

My current ALO holding is held within my Share ISA wrapper. If we Relist under a different share name, i'm assuming the new Shares will be outside my Share ISA a/c, in an ordinary trading a/c. thereby exposing me to Capital Gains should i be able to Sell these at a profit. or As they are a Replacement/Substitution of my holding can they go straight into my ISA ?

if we don't come back. We have 3/4 JV's at various stages of exploration, a Copper mine now producing income. Also be interested to know what Rangold thinks of this? could they be our white knight? or are we too small for them to be considered. Then again, it may just be poor time management/bad advice and we relist soon and continue - GLA

At Last, some positive news. These talks should have happened months ago. Now we're in conversation, hopefully a better understanding of each others position and a swift and successful conclusion. Hopefully SP will pass through £3. level

I have shares in Centamin (CEY) who operates Egypt's only active gold mine. Part of the agreement is that 2 officials from The Egyptian Mining Ministry work at the mine, alongside CEY's staff recording the amounts of gold mined and shipped out, to avoid disputes like this. Worked so far for the last 5/6 years without any problems of this nature. Maybe Tanzania should do this for accuracy and at the same time be educated in that the concentrate still has to be smelted to extract the various minerals.

all the unsold Diamonds from the last 2 Auctions?, was that last year or the year before? And what have we mined since then? When is the next Auction? I remember seeing a list of what was offered for Sale then, but nothing since.Website at least needs to keep us informed a lot better!!!
