Does the USA market have an equivalent of an "RNS"? If it does, and an American Company either JV's or looks to take us over, does it have to issue its news to the market (a) before WEB issues an RNS or (b) at the same time as WEB issues an RNS or (c) anytime after WEB issues an RNS. If (b) then with the time differences between the countries, this will be an afternoon RNS?
