I struggle to understand why small but growing, well run Housing Companies like MAR and TRAF, the share price has hardly moved when compared to the larger companies. With all the recent Positive news and Mortgage Schemes to assist first time buyers, low rates has the market overlooked these 2 Diamonds???

Daily Mail (today) - Very Positive comments: Birmingham based housebuilder Mar City firmed 8.64pc to11p after reporting bumper half-year results. It saw pre-tax profits rise 250pc to £1.05m on revenues of £8.74m, up from £4m. Nine contracts have been signed for a total of 550 homes. Broker WH Ireland upgraded to "OUTPERFORM" with further upside once Mar begins to develop a land bank of its own.

Spent 10 minutes looking at both the MAR CITY / MAR CITY DEVELOPMENTS websites - gives you a real "feel good" positive feeling. Pleased to see one development in Tunbridge Wells, Kent area. Now we need some news from the company.

I think there is some UK housing news out this week, anything positive could underpin the MAR SP, to move on up from here. Broker WH Ireland had a target price of 22p (Shs 5.5p) in April - anybody know the latest ???
