If Divi is cut Vodafone s p will plummet. Maybe to £ 1. It will not send vids s p up in a million years. Sainsbury's cut their Divi by 10% + share price dropped by a £1. Even with Sainsbury's recent revival + buying Argos + other positives, , share price still £1 or thereabouts down from when they cut dividend. If Vodafone cuts Divi it will be a long month of Sundays b4 £2 is ever seen again imo. Next week's announcement is huge, the most important in all the years I've held this share. Followed by AGM, where hopefully a few fundamentals can be clarified. If ever we needed a bit of luck now is the time. My own opinion, is vid will go up slightly next week, but as always then world markets will sell off by about 7%. I keep telling you all sods law will always prevail with Vodafone s p.

if this dosent get a bounce from update next week, then we are in even bigger mess than we are already. thats the reality here now. not negative, just the real world , fact. will take several years just to break even if this dosent bounce next week or at least stabilize. a divi cut wiil imo opinion be inevitable. reality , not negative. vodafone are not going to be paying out a 9% divi imo. as for update vodafone always have a sting in the tail. i bet no £ 2 40 by year end but maybe after update £ 1 40 is a reality, if divi cut. a day when i wish id never heard of shares. gla + atb, my god are we gonna need it.

hi , danieth if people wish to moan on here then that is their choice. if people don't like their comments then ignore them or block them. as I always say its the reality. people can be positive and it makes me laugh. people are to your opinion negative + you don't like it. well if that's their opinion then their entitled to it. hi guys , as to vod sp being £ 2 40 in 6 months , more like 6 years. as to the reasons I think Vodafone s p is struggling is tenfold. ceo going. moodys downgrade, trump + his continuing trade war with all, Brexit bull****, surely there cant be anyone who thinks there was a cat in hells chance of a Brexit. vods huge outlay for libertys assets adding to big debt on balance sheet. if the c e o had not deciding to announce his departure on day of results, maybe vod sp would have run on to £ 2 25 and beyond as results were good, . but as I always say , always apply sods law to any Vodafone plan. as to elvis, im sure hes alive + hes predicting vod sp at £ 2 40 in 6 months. , as he put it " a little less conversation a little more action " lol gla + atb. I don't believe all the crap chartist spout about breakout , and dead cat bounce , and double bottom etc etc. still feel its a long haul back to £ 2 10, otherwise were all gonna end up " in the ghetto" lol gla + atb.

I don't think victor will give a toss about the share price. he will get another top job elsewhere , no doubt. his successor the money man will soon find now hes in the hot seat its his backside in the firing line. to use a football ideal , nobody cares who the number 2 to is, its the manager who takes the plaudits or the flak , as the new guy will soon discover. promoting from within is a gambe imo , as I feel the markets prefer for somene from outside to come in with new ideas and a new broom sweeps clean attitude. Sainsburys brought in a finance guy when their big cheese left and it as done well relatively speaking. as for the share price, £2 now looks a long way off. trump is causing mayhem in the markets and the crap Brexit fall out continues apace. long long long haul back . real world , gla + atb.

I don't see any run up any time soon. Every day vod sp doesn't go down , is a blessing for me. Victor CEO going + Moody's downgrade came at exactly the wrong moment , and it's just now theirs so much crap going on in Brexit bullshit, how many times, there is no Brexit + well trump is a loose cannon , though he does achieve some outstanding results in short term . Hi aw100, well I predicted back in September/October 2017 that vod wouldn't hit £2 40 by last new year + this 2018 new year + so far it looks a fine prediction. As for £2 20 , well USA sticks powered higher recently + footsie at record highs. That can only mean to my mind, one thing, that a sell off is around the corner. Us longstanding + suffering vod shareholders know we don't get much luck with timing. Perhaps up to results in November vod sp may get to £2 16 /20 . That's about 15% from here. Just my guess. But as I always say time will tell. Just a note, my brother says most shares go up just before the Divi is paid out, that way if you reinvest your Divi you'll get less shares, cynical, but let's see. It couldn't be true could it. In other words if vod Divi is 9p the share price will rise by 9p around that time. Sounds corrupted, so let's keep a eye out for that. It wouldn't surprise me though one bit.

Just apply sods law. If if can go down it will. Will be interesting to see when vod sp hits £2 again. Maybe I should have added if to the statement. Hopefully later in the year we will see £2 15 or a little higher, but I imagine that's gonna be awhile. Gla + ATB.

Danieth quotes undervalued, well others on other BB boards have said this for 4 years + it's never reach the target s of brokers + people on here. Vodafone is worth today's share price + not a penny more.. in the future , who knows.Others quote mm don't like Vodafone well if that's true , then that's reality. As I always say , live in the real world. Were looking at around £ 1 82 ish next week I envisage. Yes , Vodafone is a footsie heavyweight, but as a person said today about GE. Crap happens. Hi , it's never me who gets personal, but others , who imo hate anyone having a view they disagree with + imo are peed off cause their shares are plummeting down + try to silence people + try to make them as miserable as they are.
