Hi Gerry, I think all those old near certainties have all but disappeared. Sell in may + the like. In nearly 25 years of buying shares I've never seen such different headwinds. Mainly , trump, great for USA business Dow Jones, but just too belingerant and endless baggage that it would be probably a good thing if he went asap. Brexit, when the crap hits the fan in October footsie will fall sharply imo. Trumps trade wars with china.god knows where all this will leave Vodafone s p. But a sharp rise anytime soon is laughable. Time will tell .

£ 2 o5 or£2 , you choose it won't hit those any time soon. Just by hoping for the best isn't gonna make a jot. Since the Verizon deal vod SP v rarely goes up sharply. But it sure as hell goes down sharply. Tell me where this 25p ish rise is gonna come from. Not wishful thinking. The power of positive thinking. Not in this instance imo.If this hasn't got to £2 by October, when the Brexit crap won't happen the footsie will shoot down.

Hi guys, I'm holding vod at £2 15, wouldn't touch them now. The point that you seem to miss is simple, yes I got back in cause no one saw this collapse of nearly 65p or thereabouts.

Vodafone is a very good company , fundamentals very , good, balance sheet, up to liberty buys + India buys very good. Dividend excellent. These are all good + some of the reasons I bought back in. So with all the positives above, why oh why is the spot £1 76. Work it out guys. There is no £2 o3 this year + on , or b4 if this goes lower I will point out to you but you won't hear it because you have buried your head in the sand. Where are all the guys who told me this would get to £2 40 by year end. Where are all the folk who told me that the brokers know more than you + I , when they predicted £ 3, £2 80 £ 2 70 + I told you were , are thickos. No where. The truth hurts guys, handle it. Just over 4 months to prove me wrong.

Hi Danieth I was I had sold long ago. Sold Vodafone last year + bought shell. Happy days. Made more in 8 months than 4 years in Vodafone day trading. Trump starts crap with Iran + oil price rockets as did shell share price. So bought back Vodafone. Sods law. As I keep saying it will be a long month of Sundays before this gets back to £2, you no my prediction record. Only way back is takeover, £2 o5ish a share. Feel free to disagree, but in a while you'll come round to my conclusion. In America telecoms always worst performing stocks. If, and it's a big if this gets back to £1 95 I will sell + go back into shell if that's below £25. + Try to recoup losses..You keep saying I'm negative, but I keep being right 9 times out of 10. you sticking your head up your hole. there is no £ 2 30 imo. brokers are thickos. ive said that for 4 years when they kept giving price targets of £ 3. your prediction just wont happen any time soon imo. even £ 2 looks wishful thinking in my opinion. if vod cuts divi share price will plummet. the c e o going + the moodys downgrade + indeia woes have cut the legs from under Vodafone. anyone waiting for £ 2 30 will have a long long long wait imo. its only about 9 months since Vodafone announced that their profits would be ahead of estimates. share should have rocteted, did it no. last results share price at £ 1 75 , a little rise on yet again good results, . divi day , share rose well on reinvestment . guy buys 3% of vod shares shares rise 6 p in 10 minutes . yet here we are 2 weeks later back at £ 1 76. people used to say 5 years ago , wheres vods groth gonna come from, well it came yet share price hugely down. the only way I can see out of the mire at present is a company offering £ 2 05 ish a share , cause imo there is no other way to recoup our losses. that's the reality I say . this wont make £ 2 03 this year ive predicted. remember ages back I told you there would be no £ 2 40 this year. stock markets near record levels yet vod at 10 year lows. negative no reality. there is no £ 2 30.

Imo that will be alot of buys by the time this gets back to £2. Don't see any big upside any time soon. Only hope of breaking even is someone buying vod + offering £2 or slightly above a share.

I'm afraid charts don't mean a thing where Vodafone is concerned. Imo. Never taken much notice of them. There is no big break out. Stuck at low levels for ages, if not lower. It's not looking good. That's the reality imo.
