When it announces audited results in late June, 2006, the Company expects to report that case shipments during the 12 months to 31 March 2006, will show significant growth and be broadly in line with market turnover expectations and ahead of market expectations regarding operating performance. In the US, this represents an approximate increase of almost 98% on a year-on-year basis. A well-received drilling update from Meridian Petroleum sent its shares 3.25p ahead to 26.75p. The US and Australian-focuses oil and gas exploration and production company said that the Victory 1-21 production well had been successfully deepened in order to further penetrate a Niagaran reef. The Times April 03, 2006 Online ads unit may be floated Media Square, the marketing services group chaired by Kelvin MacKenzie, the former Editor of The Sun, is considering floating or selling twentysix, its online division, The Times has learnt. Sources said that the move has come as the group seeks to reduce the debt accumulated from the acquisition of Marketing Services Group (MSG) from Huntsworth late last year. Media Square is understood to have estimated that, if twentysix is spun off in an IPO, the online business could be valued at up to £40 million. Although that is a high valuation, sources said that Media Square thinks it can capitalise on the growth in the online advertising market. Last year total UK online advertising expenditure grew by 65.6 per cent to £1.36 billion, according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau. A sale of the business is possible, although it is thought that the board prefers the idea of an IPO. Media Square has claimed that its rich media business, TangoZebra, which focuses mainly on creating moving online adverts, has a 60 per cent share of the rich media market in the UK
