Hargreaves Lansdown announced its IPO Offer Price of 160 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 May 2007. To my knowledge this is the lowest the SP has been except for this week. On floating the SP reached 210p almost straight away. Surely many Investors selling this week are panic selling at a loss at anything below 160p. I would of thought many were in at prices well above 160p at any time following the Float. Any comments. I am not realy worried but these last few days are a bit of a suprise.

This one's sailing, I nearly said "eat your heart out" however, this is holding up.

Hi Guys, Sorry popped out after posting. You both make good sense and the current conditions are out of our control. I sold quite a few stocks before Christmas some at 'break even ' Balanced out things ok and held the cash, I hasten to add we're not talking fortunes here but as you say Sandhopper we are in fact victims of the Market, some up, some down. I do feel however, some " Bargains" are out there, but will need time to make good, and yes " hit & miss" is how it is at present. Insiders know more for sure.

Forgot to add, this Stock is also being traded on the Plus Market, hence the confusion of how the SP / Trading is appearing a trifle illogical.

Since Monday's drop the SP has stooped circa 20p. A sure sign of an unstable Market. Market sentiment is well shakey and what one might consider is a more defensive stock is just as vulnerable. Brokers have a great time when Stocks are volatile. However, my topping up in HL. is for the longer term, I would of thought todays price is good value at around the 155 -156p. It will be interesting to see how this sits, in say, one month's time.

Prostrakan sees 18 pct FY revenue increase UPDATE above and News in yestersdays Papers. ProStrakan Borders drugs group ProStrakan has seen its full year revenues leap by 18% with product sales up 22% to £45 million. The revenue growth is expected to come entirely from sales in Europe despite the Galashiels firm making a major push into the American market including the recruiting of sales and marketing staff in Newark. Chief executive Dr Wilson Totten said: "The exciting thing is that the 2007 sales and revenue increases will come from Europe - mostly the UK and Spain, as well as France and Germany, and that's before we've done anything in the US. Sales of our recently launched pan-European products are now starting to generate some real growth momentum. When you add in the US, this is going to be a very big year for us." New products are also expected to come on line in the next year, which should further boost profits. Totten added: "During 2008, we look forward to receiving further positive news from regulatory authorities in both Europe and the US regarding a number of our development products, which will allow us to further extend our product offering in all our key markets." Suprising drop on SP after yesterday's comment. No hesitation in topping up again. Cannot be sure, but some clever magical tricks from the MMs, otherwise there are deals that are not going through on normal timing, there are always some.

Yeah Sundance, the SP has been climbing back up since the 150'ish dip. As you say good reports of the Christmas Period read well. This one is in my book.

Hi Crest, as you're about today, I did topslice some HL. in November. Have been watching the SP over the last few days would appear the low resistance is at circa 176p. So I have just bought in again. Good figures were posted in November so now topped up and looking well into the year.

Hi Crest, hope you had a good time over the holiday period. I agree with your comments. There are lots of supporters of RCG and I don't think we are in a dream land. This could be the year, and plain to see that RC are monitoring every section of their potential marketplace. Best wishes for 2008.
