Hello Frankie1, I haven't really followed these of late, but noticed the news of a possible cash offer. The SP made quite a jump this morning and over recent weeks following the Dip. It's hard to say what the significant premium to its current share price might be. SP up a third this morning. Could it be more? It's always a tough decision trying to guess an 'offer price' You might be chasing the Dragon, or there may be a penny or two to be made on the current price. Without knowing, it's a gamble. You could wait and see how momentum goes through the day. Sorry I cannot be more positive, the Company is getting itself into better shape whatever the outcome. Good luck

29 Nov' 2007 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Superscape Group PLC confirmed that it is in preliminary talks which may or may not lead to a recommended cash offer being made for the company. In a statement released today in response to press reports, the company said that any such offer, if made, will be at a significant premium to its current share price.
