Transaction in Own Shares.... RCG Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that yesterday, 20 November 2007, it purchased 30,000 ordinary shares for treasury at an average price of 76.5 pence per share. Following this the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,267,677 ordinary shares with 30,000 ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RCG Holdings Limited is 232,237,677.

a seperate thing. The FTSE 100 touched 6700 on 29 and 31 October . We all knew it wouldn't stay up there and since has dropped to circa 6116 and just touched Red... No wonder Stocks are shakey... My view is we have to see the picture for long term. Reading some postings today and recently there are many who think they can make big bucks overnight on a regular basis... (Please let us know your secrets.) I've sold several Stocks over the recent weeks, some at break even, one at a loss, one at a slight profit. The ones with potential, which may well be down at present, will I trust come good in time. Many sense things are not good. Who wants to post or read that the Market will collapse. We all hope for a steady Economy .

When the Market's 'iffy' Investors sitting on profit will often choose to cash in. This Company has done very well and the Order Book is as good as usual, I believe. Without these drops you pay full price for Stocks and here is your slot to purchase into a great Company at a Discount. That's my view. Times are uncertain but this Company is well in demand simply for its services to a vital Industry.

Hi Crest, it's good Chu put out the Statement regarding the SP. There was a lot of panic on hundreds of Stocks today. Even if one has 'nuts of steel' the Market can be scary at times. I'm sure the Trading Update will be good. Best Wishes

Should have added that this is is probably the profit taking on good news that we often see!

I think it's just the Market at present, loads of good Stocks are down. I see no reason to sell.

Even if listed in Dollars this is weird.
