Can’t work this out. In the recent placement there were 26.5 million new shares issued. James Leahy, non-executive Director, acquired a total of 1,150,000 Which would leave 25 million for Slipstream, not 250 million? Surely the RNS is incorrect?

Ignore my last post! New position has an extra 250 million shares so Slipstream has increased their holding (if not their %)!

On the face of it Slipstream have sold 250 million shares ? No doubt there is an explanation that I haven’t thought of yet?

Desperate? Never! Enthusiastic? Definitely! I will soon have to pay 3p for your shares so no problem there. We are now at 2.45p , about 25% up from the lows when you were smart enough to buy. Expecting an update next week which should help you towards your goal, unambitious as it is.

Existing mineral sands producer in Moz, Kenmare Resources gave an update this week on increasing ilmenite prices in its Q3 quarterly report highlighting demand exceeding supply and notably paying a maiden dividend to shareholders:
“ market conditions for titanium feedstocks were tight in Q3 2019 as a result of constrained titanium feedstock supply. The Company believes that demand for products of a comparable quality to Kenmare’s ilmenite exceeds the available supply. As a result, higher prices were achieved in Q3 2019 compared to Q2 2019 and further spot price increases have been agreed with customers for Q4 2019.“

A good time to be thinking about developing new supply and meanwhile increasing our project NPV?

Good liquidity today. Managed to pick up another 1/2 mill on a dip just now. Now holding 6m thanks to the last fundraise for providing the opportunity to be greedy. Lots of news on the way will make 5p by Xmas a definite possibility.

Was just reminding myself of the scope of our soon to be fully and unconditionally licenced Rio JV mineral sands project in Moz. Based on a conservative 10% DCF, it should add at least 4.5 p to the SP, double the current price and much more if ilmenite prices continue to rise. Also the lower risks for a dry mining operation such as this might justify a lower discount factor which would substantially ramp up the valuation. (Based on 51% ownership when we complete the PFS.)

Reminds me that we are far from just being a prospective lithium miner even though we have been marked down (unfairly in my opinion) with the pure-play lithium juniors. Maybe Folks are beginning to understand and buy-in as we are seeing daily rises now the conversation is changing to review our assets in Moz?

Let me know when you are selling as I am happy to “Hoover” up your shares! You could always just sell your stake and keep your recent profits as free-carry shares so that you can benefit from the rise without taking too much flak from Mrs.Jonners?

Like I said it will help to build confidence. I’m sure you would be the first to jump on the absence of confirmation? And by the way after today’s rise we are now up 23% on the September low- not to be sniffed at?

It’s been ticking up 15% over the last few weeks and my view is that it will continue. Confirmation of full licensing of our mineral sands JV with Rio in Moz via an RNS should help to continue to build confidence.

Could be? Saw a 1.4 million buy went through which was surprising as I tried unsuccessfully twice to get a quote for 1million.

SAV now 15% up in the last 3 weeks. Was definitely worth adding at the bottom!
