54 million ipo value could really play out bad for GST in court.

By making a claim for that total yearly rev of 4.2 million confirms semnet has no existing clients or previous revenues and probably the best staff went with Merv and Choo.

What do Merv and Choo have to say about the 54 million ipo valuation 9 months after they sold it ?

And they can slo lose billy quite easily, we know very little at all but i do think Merv and Choo know what theyre doing as well.

You dont back out of 1.1 mill cash and share return if you dont think you are right and can win.

No I am not greedy, hopeful of 0.2 and lower this year but your derangement doesnt have a limit does it.

In essence I was saying something was wrong with that original announcement I never believed it in the first place and this morning RNS confirms that.

This could go on for years now and you all celebrating 4.2 million lol not undertanding the drag on sentiment and sp, legal fees and real credibility issues.

Nothing is settled yet, and you know it. That magic word "expected" in the RNS is GST's favourite smoke screen – they've been "expecting" EMI licences, profitable growth, and game-changing acquisitions for years. The Semnet unwind is still just words on a page until the cash lands, the 58.8m shares are actually cancelled, and the SGD costs are paid. Until then, it's vaporware, same as always.

They were 5 weeks past due date of signed agreement .

I dont care how stupid you want to go, signing the arbitration is the material RNS event as that was well past its due dat they owed either an rns delay update or signed.

Hopefully the FCA can give some clarity on this because when did the BOD know it wasnt signing ?

No. I showed you the signing is the material event and that signing would require an RNS because that RNS was not issued, they owed an RNS confirming delay. or signed RNS "as soon as possible'

Its clear as day in the MAR UK rules.

The signing of that arbitration is the material event. the end!

And thats why I was saying they owed us a RNS and you again went CDS and wrote that.

They have already informed us of the quantum of the agreement

They would only be in breach of regs if the deal changed or wasn't signed as that would be a change to publicly available information that could possibly be price sensitive.

If nothing changes there is no need to inform the market until cash is received

When did the bod know it wasnt being agreed? 5 weeks ago thats a defintiely a MAR abuse if thats the case, I will still pursue with the FCA as this could still fall under market abuse. Lets see what the FCA say in their reply

Then you get the drop from MiCA and EMi 4/5 mill mcap.

Cash must be interesting now........raise could get to 0.2p quuicker.

You should lose about 2.5 mill from the MCAP form this sement debacle.

so .4's i have been on it since July tbf most of my future predictions actually bore some reality here. Going to 0.325 low was a big call, epsecailly all the mocking ! 0.2p will come from the final failures of EMI and MiCA they arent getting MiCA in LT. EMI with the Lord mmmmmmmm not so cut and dried on failure but something is very wrong in this company and 80 90 percent losses over the year isnt just volatility, this BOD has been woeful and I dont expect them to be able to turn that around.
