The millions traded on gst for months transpired to be 44/45 million over the year and whatever way we look at it Sement has been a disaster and shouldnt have been with the inside info of a related BOD member on semnet.

Its under semnet billy, March 1 2024 they completed purchase end of Feb 2024 paid rhe remainder end of year, I thought everyone knew this....

Semnet was only consolidated into the Group on 1 March 2024, a month before the year end, but is trading ahead of the GST Board's expectations at the time of the acquisition and the business is achieving significant profitable growth.

The acquisition completed prior to the start of the Period on 29 February 2024 and Semnet is therefore consolidated in the Group results for the whole of H1 25."

This confirms consolidation from the acquisition date (February 29, 2024) under IFRS 10, with Semnet's financials fully integrated into GST's condensed consolidated statements for the entire reporting period.

Billy, Semnet accounts have been aligned since March 1st 2024, its not been done recently..............So thats basically 19 months now of not seeing anything from semnet that we can verify. Just bod exoecting growth in line with management expectations......with a drawdown and impairment.......
