in its fin report it says it needs new customers to create awareness they need to advertise, it's not rocket science. They talk about apporcahing 2000 SPI's but nothings happened with that and the revs are only 20 percent above last year.

What I have picked up so far, no subsequent events since march 2025, 100k loss..... and the EMI license is only mentioned once and we are in the process of pursuing and EMI license' very vague that one, looks to me just like MiCA they have not applied yet.

Angra Limited is in the process of pursuing an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license to broaden its service capabilities, specifically through the introduction of customer e-wallets. This initiative will enable users to deposit funds directly into their Angra e-wallets for future transactions, while continuing to maintain active accounts with the company. The implementation of this functionality is expected to provide customers with increased flexibility and control over their funds within the Angra platform. Furthermore, customers will be able to initiate transfers independently, subject to Angra Limited's established Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and internal approval processes, ensuring continued compliance and security. As part of its strategic growth plans, the company is also evaluating opportunities to enter the business-to-consumer (B2C) market, which would support expanded product offerings and deeper customer engagement.

Financial Review

For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the company recorded an increase in total

revenue to £770,006, up from £645,031 in the prior year (FY2024). This increase reflects

the company's strategic initiatives to strengthen its market position, despite ongoing

external pressures. Operating expenses rose to £876,746 from £850,855 in FY2024,

indicating continued investment in operations while maintaining a focus on cost control and

efficiency.

During the period, the company incurred a bank revaluation loss of £165,697 (FY2024:

£190,239), primarily due to substantial foreign currency transactions conducted in USD

while reporting in GBP. This loss arose from exchange rate fluctuations impacting the

valuation of bank balances and financial transactions.

As a result, the company reportedapre-tax net loss of £103,442, representing a substantial

improvement from the £240,449 loss recorded in FY2024.

The financial results for the year reflect the persistent volatility in the market environment

and the complex dynamics of international operations. Nevertheless, the notable

improvement in both revenue and expense management highlights the company's

resilience and adaptability. Moving forward, management remains committed to executing

strategic initiatives designed to further enhance operational efficiency, mitigate currencyrelated risks, and drive sustainable profitability

wally was way out of his depth and was literally given a unicorn on his lap.......however what fun late December 2020 this was ! came on my radar at 19p and quickly screamed to 29p my buy in price! and hit the exit for a home purchase at 288p and then watching pete and alex destroy it leading to a very successful short.

Enki I wanted to buy another 5-10 million last year at .59 or .66, the BOD switched me off it. HOw much lower would I want this price to be attractive?

I dont know! how low it would need to go for me to do another punt, but im from 5 million shares to around 800k now , Muldoon was 13 million now 2 million, many others that I know have waved the white flag, these are major drawdowns from LTH, how many others have de-risked here...... but ideally Id like to see improvements from the BOD before any type of price attracts me again.
