By mid-2025, the number of licence applications had reached 22, but most of them were found to be ineligible. The main deficiencies were the lack of confirmation of the origin of the CASP owners’ assets, non-compliance with goodwill requirements, and the overall poor quality of the submitted documents. As a consequence, applications were returned for revision within the prescribed five-day period, but the return does not deprive applicants of the right to resubmit – as of April 2025, 8 companies have already resubmitted corrected applications. The Bank of Lithuania has fully ensured institutional and methodological readiness to review applications as well as to conduct the entire licensing process during the transition period. Companies that have started preparations in a timely manner, engaged the relevant specialists and ensured the proper quality of the submitted materials retain the possibility of obtaining a licence until the deadline of 1 June 2025. On the other hand, service providers that have not completed the licensing procedure by this date will be required to suspend activities related to the provision of licensed crypto services until formal authorisation is obtained. Against the backdrop of the integration of European requirements into national regulation, Lithuania continues to strengthen its position as one of the key fintech hubs of the European Union. With MiCA coming into force, the country is considering further positioning itself as a jurisdiction favourable for the development of cryptocurrency and blockchain services infrastructure, which requires an assessment of both market potential and associated regulatory and reputational risks.

GST is one of the worst performers this year, none of us bought this to see it go down 80 points.

The BOD should hang their heads in shame at this performance......as it goes lower eventually the price will be too cheap, and there will be bargains here but thats no solace for this SP and this ultimately is a terrible year.....

Hello all! Hope you're well HC.... I should have waited another day, hopefully bit cheaper anyway for more today. I was sidetracked with crypto and AI investments, just have to remember this time HODL THX x;) but very happy to be back in at these levels.

We are seeing THX and other junior gold miners now have better margins than most tech companies and mcap only 2x 3x 4x its earnings.

Is LOM extension news still due this year, Ill take a big look again soon.

Been negative since 1.25 its half the price and I am still very negative. This BOD is genuinely hopeless! cant see how i would add to that mayhem, relief tbh.......

What I would really like to see is this BOD improve before I consider buying, just very pleased I got out of this with most of my holding with pretty good profit, the drop has been obvious tbh apart from a few pumps last 4 years it has never sustained one of them pumps.

Until this bod drastically improves itself we have lots more pain here. Do not trust they have filed applications for EMI or MICA and the btc treasury is some sort of bad joke, everything these guys touch turns to sheet.

I genuinely think this morning if Tone Goh bought a funeral home, people would stop dying!

Its amazing how many rampers dont want to spend 15 quid for these semnet accounts......

We did not make a penny out of the 36 million contract, worse the company revenues have fallen off a cliff........

Amazed they announced this as a new fresh deal, when in actual fact it was already virtually completed and the former owners made the profit from that deal we made zero.

Should have been explained much better. Like Lloyd has said buy them and stop arguing with me about somethingyou are not even seeing..........

Looks like she blows under 52 week low today......... just very grateful I sold most here at 1.2 and 1.25......... i'd be going crazy at these prices±! what a mess!

BFD, I am surprised with your Change director skills you got the Semnet accounts so wrong.

But guess what 4 days later Semnet published the 36 million and its all accounted for from 01.10.2023 to

31st March 2024. Without pivoting, how did you come up with such a big discrepancy ?

If you never own something you don't have to account for it. You did come up with that classic but in the real world BFD you cannot just disguise or hide 36 million usd in a decent jurisdiction like Singapore.

Would have really thought you know better as a change director x;)

How do you understand and give an opinion on Semnets finances then?

Because in the real world I work as a change director so I know how IT contracts work

I'm not commenting on Semnet's accounting policy, I'm commenting on how the contract would be most probably structured and therefore why it wouldn't impact the accounts.

If you never own something you don't have to account for it.

I've never looked at Ypsilon accounts or how rvate companies in Singapore prepare accounts

Over here there would be a change in balance sheet assets, but I'd guess it would be depreciated over 5-10 years. There is also the option that the hardware was leased over 5 years so it wouldn't show up as a block in the P&L for Ypsilon either

From communication at the time, the vast majority of the large contract was apparently hardware. Which as I posted at the time won't show up as revenue in Semnet accounts as it will be passed on at cost or with a very small brokerage fee.

So there won't be a year when Semnet accounts show anywhere near 36m

Still early in your opinions ? Just recently bought AMRQ and then found out about this.....

Interested to hear your thoughts and helpful pointers......

We were supposed to buying a profitable entity and we have bought a loss making entity that is going to require significant amounts of new business and based on the last financial year there is massive issues and may require further amounts of funding......

This is not what we bought and is another failed pillar for now.

Would have thought more volume and rise today on the back of that news.....Still waiting for prospectus.....
