Semnet completion was on 29th Feb 2024 from that RNA:

"In its most recently published unaudited accounts, to 30 September 2022, Semnet had a turnover of US$4.22 million and reported profit before tax of approximately US$0.21 million." The next f/e is 30th Sep 2023, then next would have been 30 Sep2024. But we Completed 29th Feb 2024 and our AR states that we have had a full year contribution? So that would mean perhaps Semnet contributed 1st March 2024 to 31st March 2025.

The Arbitration seems to be about the profits ? "- The parties agree that the proposed valuation ascribed to 100% of Semnet for the Potential Listing will be US$54 million, of which GST's 67% ownership of Semnet is agreed to be valued at US$36 million subject to the Potential Listing being successfully completed."- from Update on Semnet 19 Nov2024.

From the AR-"The notice of arbitration has been sent in accordance with the provisions of

the SPA and sets out that the Company considers that the Sellers have acted in breach of their non-compete

undertakings owed to the Company, and also acted in breach of their express obligations owned to Semnet

as employees, which if the arbitration is resolved in the Company's favour, is expected to result in a recovery

of profits for Semnet."

I have won here albeit small, put too much confidence in the bod at 3.5 p and we got mullered, thats not saying I think that! thats the performance of the year thus far, and I am very grateful I gave up at 1.25p. No price decline has motivated me to buy more. BOD need to deliver now, then they might get more funds from me but until then, lets see them deliver.

Yes its a great deal, and we defo need a few more rabbits However, NetformX revenues from unverified sources is 18.7 million for the year 2025. Previous years indicate 5 million. Massive potential that could be a great deal but now go and get revenue, as we only made around 1.7 million in revenue for semnet during 2024/25.

Ill take a 2-3 million USD pilot right now and hopefully they double it for the year and lets hope this is just the start of many collaborations and big ticket deals.

The rest of the article is a very interesting read. If we were one of the rejects and there have many, surely we would have heard by now by RNA!

The only known CASP rejection Is QB Europe AG and they were rejected in Sweden and are currently appealing its decision, but can grandfather until 1st july or when appeal resolves. Ethena labs in Germany also rejected but more for its stablecoins i think.

Why So Few Public Names? MiCA (Art. 62) keeps reviews confidential until approval; denials trigger private feedback/resubmission, not shaming.
