GS Fintech had years to build in LT and only started last year, another red flag the BOL uses

LT has a real bad stain from the VASP days and the BOL took this as a chance to clean its act up, they are being far stricter than many other jurisdictions. This isnt like the VASP days where you had chequebook and lawyer and tomorrow off you go with license.

What substance, mind management and growth will be coming from LT in its current setting ? GS FIN cant even talk about crypto in LT right now.

The BOL wanted substance and those 3 provide it.

Like I say they need to find a jurisdiction that is easier and less of the substance the BOL is demanding.

And Kat I never said hundreds of staff, would have said dozens. Those 3 approved have already contributed 4.2 million euro just in taxes from months 1-11 in 2025.

GS Fintech 11k and 200k revenues, it's all a bit ridiculous if they reapply in LT.

On what metric does GS Fintech come close on any of the approvals above?

They need real offices real staff and much larger revenues.......

They told you a series of podcasts to come 1 before Christmas then delayed to first week of Jan then nothing.

Were cognisant from the AGM share revolt they they needed to improve comms, we then get some sort of Rainbow show from the Lord and Tan where almost all of it proved to be incorrect let alone very unprofessional in its execution. Tan now gawn so maybe they can drag Agne into a podcast, who knows, but they won't talk about anyhting pressing, with this lot......... but they set the tone for improved comms and again they failed miserably and looks like cheap business lies to buy time.

The MiCA reapply has a myriad of issues and substance is the largest, let alone all the others, I gtee they reapply in LT its 100% failure and 100% me shorting this on huge leverage again x;)

I did a deep dive in Q1 2025 with Mara and its all in costs for BTC to mine were at 166k each bitty was 93 k at the time x;)

When I did my research on VASPS in LT GS fintech were number 21. And Nuvei wasn’t on my list because it wasn’t a VASP. So number 22 then!

With knowing what we know and how strict LT is, they are totally bonkers and beaten if they reapply with LT.

But to put it in perspective, GS Fintech revs last year were just 200k they have paid around 11,500 Euro in complete taxes since there inception....

I dont know how you conjure up something like this, I dont know how GS fintech compete or stack up with something like this, are the lawyers telling them everything will be fine and dandy but here pay your bill, the LT legal firms disappointed a lot of firms and were caught out with the BOL

And Leew whatever way you want to cook it the Polish VASP is far weaker than the LT VASP was.

I told you MiCA LT expired 31st of December, I first stated it Dec 8th, I said if they didnt explore another license or plan b they would not be able to offer crypto services in LT from the 1st January with that license, no exemptions, yes they did a plan b announced 29th and polished it as expansion.

The lord told sparky 23rd December hard no on alternative jurisdiction lol 6 days later bang polish vasp.....bake told me all sorts until they refused to speak to me at all and blocked me. They are nowhere near coingate UAb and thats the comparable and the only real VASP that was approved in LT, so thats the benchmark, they are better to look at easier jurisdiction or walk away, otherwise they are blowing more cash on a futile exercise in LT.

I really think you are closer to EMI news than anything else. With the Lord and the updated computer systems it could be a goer.....but if we knew from GST how the MiCA failure collapsed does that give us the answer on the EMI? have they already been given the news?, they only told us the MiCA failure because of the expiry in LT, otherwise they would have pretended they were expanding with the Polish VASP....

It is doing my head in the Lord bought another 6 months for EMI decision but he did say a few wrong things in that call with Sparky so lets see, but I really think that decision is close, maybe its been telegraphed like MiCA but I am sure news comes from that shortly.

But I think Tans exits from Bake and GS Fintech are more to do with MiCA alignment than anything else, and maybe EMI.
