It's probably accumulation as the price has been steadily rising for a few weeks now. But it seems like they've got some cooperation to accumulate

Very pleasant to have to keep cancelling my stop losses in order to revise them upwards. Also, quite a fun exercise to ask copilot to work out share price if resources were upgraded to 100mt and spodumene price was $2000/ton. Not saying it's in any way realistic, but fun nonetheless to see the eye watering numbers of £1+ per share pop out

I saw an interesting piece the other day that pointed out that Trump should forget about the Nobel peace prize and be given the Nobel award for services to the climate. It was tongue in cheek, but the basic thrust was that this war in Iran, and the volatility in oil price resulting from it, has done more to hasten the move away from reliance on oil than anything previous climate dove presidents have managed. South Korea has said it wants to rethink its approach to energy seciurity. I think people will be looking at electric cars as a more reliable (in terms of budget) investment - I certainly am. If this oil price shock results in strategic change rather than just reactions, we could see a huge shift towards new energy sources. SAV may well be placed perfectly to capitalise on that momentum.

Very ambitious target lol. I think it's a typo - when you go the stock targets page they're all between 8p and 18.5p. Maybe they meant 11p?

Potentially a matched seller and buyer - someone wants to reduce, another wants to build. It's in both their interests to hold the line somewhere around the middle. If the seller is seels faster than the buyer buys, the price will wiggle down. Vice versa if the buyer is greedier.

The buying has been pretty heavy and steady for the last 4 weeks or so. Loads of buys in the last couple of days. Feels like I'm just logging in every day to see if the RNS button is red and then maybe the price will move...

Interesting couple of weeks: my stop loss kicked in a couple of weeks ago when it dropped so it sold half my holdings. I decided to hold off and see how things panned out in the far east, so I parked my money in BP (good choice as it turned out). I bought back in fully today on the drop as the news doesn't ally change the fundamental outlook. We know the easements are a sticking point - there are obviously some issues between the local, regional and national politics that need working through. At some point, I believe those easements will be granted (and if not, those stop losses are back in place). I think we'll be in a very different situation at the end of 2026 than at the start. And most importantly, I do have faith in this management team - I think they've been efficient, creative and put forward a positive narrative around the project. Happy to hold unless stop losses kick in further down the line

I think this is a slow burn project, as all mining projects are. There will be slowdowns in progress, then we'll get flurries of updates. The key is to be patient. We're not going to see all the value in the share price in the enxt few weeks. Sit tight, wait for the announcements. If you don't think they'll come, sell off, or hedge your bets. If you think the project will come good, patience will be the key. Government does not move at shareholders' pace, unfortunately

I think, because they're large buys but the share price isn't moving, they're managed, agreed sales between two parties - one taking profits, reducing stake or exiting, and one building up their stake

There's a big seller and a big buyer according to the ever reliable 'Copilot'. I put in all the trades from the last few days and their read was that it's two big institutional investors essentially performing an algorithmic transfer of shares. Big volume, but matched market - neither wanting to spike or drop the price so simply maintaining balance. Essentially, if the buyer's appetite remains (so far around 7-8million shares bought) when the seller is done, we might see a break out. But if it's simply an agreed transfer of shares at an agreed price we'll see these arranged trades coming up but precious little price movement until they're done

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see if it's a new buyer and they reach the declaration threshold, or an existing one who's building their hand. Hopefully, it's someone preparing an £800m takeover bid... that would be a nice way to start 2026

Absolutely. Everything seems to be progressing very well - reassuring to hear about the work done on community relationships as well as the land purchases going through. Resource updates should be consistently released in the upcoming years. The easements are a concern, but it's out of SAV's hands and they seem to have ticked every possible box. Hopefully it's when, not if. Resource expansion is going to be the real rocket fuel - could be the difference between a handsome return and a gamechanging one
