Think in terms of Market Cap. Right now MC £5million. Ridiculous! With EPO in hand, am looking at SP settling between 0.10p and 0.20p. Then we have more news due, including partnerships/ JV, Circum, Circum etc.

Remember the Circum dividend is between 0.05p (more than current SP/market cap) and 0.10p (double SP/market cap) -- so you can add all that after EPO News

Zim have commented that they believe they can secure 20% of the global Lithium market if they realise their potential.

...EPO brings ZULU valuation back into the picture, but this time inclusive of EPO area. Easy worth more than 0.10p -- we looking out to between 0.10p and 0.20p. This then brings Circum and Divi into view - add another between 0.05p and 0.10p - a dividend with more than current SP. Big upside from here and especially for those holding for a bit longer....

...as said, RNS confirming EPO could land any time, not a question of 'if', simply a question of 'when'...

We await RNS confirmation but the news available so far 'suggests' Zulu EPO in the bag. EPO allows Zulu value, inclusive of EPO (EPO area x 57 the area we previously had), to be added back to the books. Zulu with extended area could prove to be the largest hard rock lithium project in the world. Will also bring into view Circum Dividend, which at could be c.$15million minus existing libailities divided by shares in issue --- anything from 0.05p to 0.10p per share, greater than present SP / Market Cap.

Am expecting to hear nothing till Block 12 is safe. It'd be fair to say FSHG are in a similar boat.

Regarding 'various NDAs', I would expect - and the market would expect - that the NOMAD had evidence of this. In other words, the NOMAD would not be approving this RNS for publication unless it believed it was an accuarate description of the situation.

So now we know.

From the last two points, there's an issue that needs rectifying. They have 30 days to put it right. So seems resolvable, whatever it is.

By this, is it possible to assume that Block 12 is secured and safe?

Agree Noloss that the actual drop in SP is not correlated with the actual level of dilution. Agree to about the fear but would also suggest that the [related] issue of no clear time line/ horizon has meant folks sold on and/or that MMs were able to eventually take us down to these levels. Although the SP has been hit hard, especially when we compare to 10p range and eben higher, this is not death spiral financing as we have not been issuing billions of shares and in turn caught in that financing/ funding trap of ever decreasing benchmark SP's for further raises. Someone the other day bemoaned a possible further 20% dilution. I had to laugh. In the scheme of things, is nothing at all, especially when we're looking at being taken out anywhere from 20p onwards - i.e. 20% dilution for a 10 x bagger in return, minimum (just got a wait a bit more).
