Folks listening to you would've lost out on making 300% from historic lows. Even when the online news sources came through, leaking the story, folks had a good few moments to load up. If they'd listened to you, they'd made perhaps 30% after having waited. You me ol mucker have cost a few people money. And in these times, this ain't something to laugh at!

This is the new post-Mugabe era. Zim are working in the interests of the country and business investment to make the necessary progress. I have absolutely no doubts. See my earlier post with list of helpful news sources; the relvant Minister has already said that the EPO has been approved. We just now waiting on written confirmation/ on a ceremonial formality.

HARARE, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Zimbabwe has the potential to supply 20 percent of the world’s lithium, the mines minister from Africa’s top producer of the alkali metal used in batteries for electric vehicles said on Wednesday.

Zimbabwe is keen to attract capital to its mining sector after the ousting last year of former president Robert Mugabe after almost four decades in power and is pushing lithium as a major draw for investors.

“We believe we have the potential to actually account for 20 percent of global demand when all known lithium resources are being exploited,” Winston Chitando told a mining investment conference in the capital, Harare.

Zimbabwe is a top 10 of lithium producer but currently produces only a fraction of the worldwide total. It aims to supply 10 percent of the world’s lithium in four years.

Prices for lithium have more than doubled in the past two years on forecasts for massive demand from the electric vehicle industry. That has sparked work on a flurry of new mines and expansion plans for existing ones.

This will have been posted already but worth doing again. RioZim Lithium refinery. Article from a couple of years ago. The work likely close to being completed. This demonstrates Zim's ambitious to move on the Lithium market. Zim have commented they can secure 20% of the global lithium market if full potential realised. Am more than guessing that PREM been talking to RioZim and that RioZim are genuine prospective partners for Zulu (and I do mean it).

So much coming here and we to begin hearing very soon.

Zim open for business and will be approving programmes and projects, including EPOs. In turn, Zulu with EPO will have plenty of interest, as is already evidenced. A lot going on behind the scenes, some of it slowly emerging.

News within days, the situation "...very promising."

RR1889, yes, a free hit at the ball, remembering that at one time, the SP was at 0.0225p, with the dividend well known. I believe there will be a dividend, just hw much is another question. I do know one or two (or more) large holders who have said they want the dividend (and who could blame 'em?!) and will vote for it. I believe there will be one - even 0.05p is substantial, very, in fact,

Imagine you buy now and the SP rises to 0.30p on EPO news and then you get the Circum news towards end of year?

PREM in a great spot as the momentm , upside huge!

PREM have a 5% stake in Cirucm Minerals. They hold in total 5million shares. When Circum finally IPO or secure a sale of their asset, we will be able to sell out stake. Valuations vary, to up to $3 per share, meaning $15million if we are able to sell for that amount. But end price cold be anywhere between $10million and $15million. Before those funds a redistributed via a special dividend, laibilities have to be covered. These liabilities are not huge and should be sorted leaving us still with a significant dividend pot. Then there will be the chance for holders to vote on how those funds are used i..e all to a dividend, some to dividend and some to the existing project costs, such as Zulu etc.

I think most holders will want a dividend. How much we get back just depends on the final Cirucm amount and whether holders agree to some of those funds going elsewhere like in developing Zulu or even Katete. Can imagine a dividend somewhere between 0.05p and 0.10p. Even at the lower end, it is very signficant. Is getting back a wedge of money while not having to sell yoru shares.

Things remain extremely positive ('very promising'), we haven't got long to go. Governent have their Oct 14th date but news could land any time between now and then, with a lot more to come thereafter.

See the big picture, the entire thing:

- Zulu with EPO
- Zulu with EPO and with signficant partner and plan to take us to DFS

- Circum dividend 0.05p to 0.10p

- RHA moving towards productionm early 2020

- MNH Deal being worked in background, could bring in very profitable mine

- Current market cap just £9million

Perhaps because that story was intended to have a very specific audience (even if it meant we might ultimately get to it). I can see why they would've needed to have done a published interview but not neecssarily had it on the company website. They weren't going to suurender that information to Hope et al that easily i.e. if they going to have it, then make 'em work for it.

Snowking, have to agree. It is possible that we end up with the means to develop Zulu inclusive of EPO to DFS without a partner (through what we gain and benefit by through the MNH Merger). That way, we keep all of Zulu until it's time to sell post-DFS for many $$$hundreds of millions. In the meantime, if MNH to fund ZULU is the plan (and seems so), then it frees up Circum liquidity events funds to be redistributed to shareholders via a special dividend (remembering that RHA is being funded to production by the Zim authorities and that we owed still something like $14million, to be taken from profits).

I thought it was clear as to why FRR provided commentary and information regarding Ukraine context - i.e that it was politically necessary for securing the Dolphin tender, and for that they needed to appear be a live, able and capable company. FRR's visibilty there (however limited) is not in my mind argument that they should be saying something over here. They had to do that published interview.

What next?

Gawd knows but I remain genuinely optimistic. If this was going nowhere, it would've gone nowhere already and we would know.
