Shouldn't under estimate the significance of this. This is setting us up perfectly.

Circum news due this month, we already know. Will be a key moment here. But the whole EPO thing may well kick in, too, especially seeing as news on Zim and its lithium is picking up.

Ministry/ Government under increasing pressure, domestically and from foreign investors, to get things finally moving. TGis signing opens the door for sure.

At the very least, we have a remarkable coincidence, where these storoies of ZIM and Lithium (and a host of companies, incl. Zulu) are being mentioned? Why all these news stories now, all of a sudden, in such close proximity to each other?

Is Zim finally planning to move forward?

All this said, my main focus right now is Circum, as we know there is news due in October (going by official Comms).

I can smell the coffee - am smelling it right now and it tastes good too...

Lithium is a badass mineral to be getting into right now. Natrually, has taken a couple of years for this build up. 2018, such mention of Lithium was a dream, with 2 years to wait, still - with 2 years on AIM meaning a lifetime.

Not only are we 2 years on, in 2020, we are headed into 2021, and Lithium moves are being made and have been made . Zim wants to corner 10% of the global lithium mineral market. Here's another very recent story (only 2 weeks old) on Lithium and Zim, that I hadn't yet posted:

Hilarious, that the only one to benefit lithium production are those producing from now.

Battery related tech/ indsutries will grow phenomenally. Lithium producers who benefit will be the ones with the best margins. Zulu/ EPO will be able to undercut a significant number of its competitors while still retaining good margins.

No end-user of lithium will be turning down the opportunity to get their lithium cheaper. Given the future scale of expansion in/ use of lihtium, even fractional savings on raw lithium mineral will have massive impacts on the bottom line for end-users (i.e. battery makers)

The 2 key things for future lithium end-users,

1. Locking down supply

2. Price.

My reponse, primarily, is to the claim that "Circum IPO will not be a great payday for shareholders". Which is plainly wrong. How is my putting that right ramping?!

My other point is, that there has been recent news about Zim and its Lithium, with mention of Zulu. This is FACT. If you go through the threads here, you will see two very instructive, very positive, news articles/ links (one from a few days ago, and the other from 2 or 3 weeks ago). This recent, concentrated news, over ZIM, Lithium, incl. Zulu, points to - finally - some sort of positive/ progresisve sectoral shifts around this. I haven't said a huge amount more than this.

Circum IPO is a massive benefit to PREM. At worst, we get our investment back. At best, we get back our invetsment plus some.

We learn more about all this, this month.

Then add EPO. With news picking up last these couple of weeks, on Zim, Lithium and Zulu, sense something is stirring on this front.

Zimbabwe's Lithium is being promoted heavily now. The turnaround here is not far away.

Getting movement on new 'disruptive' tech is difficult (wholesale scaling up and shifts/ transitions), given the massive inertia involved reorientating the entire world, is not easy (i.e. transition from fossil fuel to other forms). Look at how long it's taken to get the electric vehicle movement - with the requisite matter of the raw materials - kicking in.

Most if not all the major players have now bet on the eletric battery approach, where lithium, nickel etc will have have increased market space and share. They have put hte effort, having spent enough already. We are now epxeriencing the shift. Zim will be compelled to sign those EPOs as they watch the world moving forward (knowing their own population will be thinking 'WTF?!' if their government doesn't start delivering jobs and prospects from mining).

Now is the time for projects to kick in and move forward, as market conditions improve. There is a lot of new growth and/ or rebuilding to do in the coming years. Lithium (and Nickel) right at the heart. Once those respective industries pick up, so will everything else. Zim will be moving shortly, am confident. Large scale projects have got to be gottne off the ground, for them to get remotely close to the targets they set. And the pressure of sanctions is not helping either - got to be get EPOs done and the ball rolling :-)

Circum is finally moving and Lithium seriosuly starting to move, as end-users move even more desperately to nail down their supply. There is mounting pressure for those EPOs to be signed (and is not just PREM waiting).

Zim is heading towards signing those EPOs, with very recent news (a number of sources, too) ZIm looking at cashing in on the increasingly important mineral.

In terms of the very immediate horizon, though, am looking ahead to Circum news. Our stake is worth $6m+ right now. Worth perhaps $15m+, once Circum IPO. From the Finals RNS:
