...seems price manipulated and lowered to help a few orders in my opinion (there was 5, 000 first thing to help it along it seems, on NEX, unless someone can vouch for it). Certainly dropping SP by nearly 5% on total sells of less than 45, 000 was a bit cheeky...

Think we have strong support in and around this area. Looking good for the days and weeks ahead.

...Thurgarton, this share took time to build momentum the previous time and will build again in due course. It's not a rampers share. I'm in another company that is literally data away a material rerate through a JV. That share should be higher too but it's not a rampers share. Both of these companies have serious investors on their books, with a huge proportion of shares tied up. The apparent lack of activity is because they can't be pumped and dumped. Instead they rise steadily and when they do, they should rise sustainably, barring any bad news. If any folk are selling its because they cannot be bothered with the wait. Most folk are looking to trade rather than invest. Just a matter of time (me, I want it to stay in the 12p range until I've been able to build my holding further)

Current drop over done as plenty enough buys and difficult to buy many at that too. Let those who want sell move on as it clears the way... News imminent!

...I know, is crazy, but a whole range of reasons for why some folk got to sell. ...we have news on Tariff imminent. NCCL continue to work towards their end of month JDA time line, meaning we'll be hearing about tariff before then... The well researched will be holding tight with the big rewards literally around the corner... Good luck all!

...but - and is a BIG BUTT - on tariff news you're going to be paying a premium to get in/ top up -- into the double digits. Not a lot will be available for under 10p...

Said before, that tells us two things ; 1. Board interests aligned with the common PIs 2. That NCCL has significant clout behind it! Let's remember that 50%:of the shares are held by significant individuals and parties. Then recently Scott Fletcher MBE (donchaknow) went past 3%. Then reckons that there's another 25% to 30% that will be hold tightly to at the very least to binding JDA. The free float of shares here is crazily tight. On tariff news we'll feel that in an instant, as most of us believe, with the JDA then a mere formality. Good luck all genuine folks!

...regarding boring, same could be said about NCCL. On the cusp of massive game changing news and there's hardly any posts. In other words, it's not a situation unique to KIBO (I'm invested in both)

...inclined to think the same, that the Milestones and attached Options are seemingly laid out in chronological order, supported by the steadily increasing exercise SP (from 6.5p on binding JDA; then next to the draw-down, at an exercise SP 7.5p; all the way to Financial Close, exercise SP of 15p)...

Option RNS was released barely 6 weeks ago (29th May) so inclined to believe that it still remains the company objective/guidance

...Laxey, could yuz take a look at the Options RNS. Second set of options vest on, according to the RNS, first capital drawdown from project partners into the project, at 7.5p Interested to learn what they mean by this first drawdown of capital and why it comes in at this point (at least according to the Options RNS - certainly the price of 7.5p suggests well before FC Options which are at 15p). ------------ ·      2,790,779 options vest on the first draw down of capital from a new strategic partner into the Ncondezi Power Project and are exercisable at a price of 7.5 pence per share;

...is an absolute blinder of a share... ...tariff news imminent and binding JDA (where all numbers are released) very soon after (by end of month according to company guidance) :-))

Someone's just accumulated to the point of having to declare they're above 3%. I have a measly amount compared to that but enough for me to attempt to make contact with the company several times (successful on a couple of occasions, where I got what I needed to know at the time, nothing price sensitive mind). So imagine a significant entrepreneur type building to a 3% holding, let's just say he's not doing it blind. Good luck all!!

...agreed mikemike. Have sizeable holding in NCCL. Worth keeping an eye out for the specifics of the JDA deal scheduled for end of July. There be some indications there as to what might be possible where KIBO and GE are concerned...
