...yes, that's right. What we're waiting for is the 'in principle' approval of the tariff, which will be followed by binding JDA and turn later mire detailed work towards formal tariff agreement. Getting nearer all the time.

stinkyowens is right, tariff is necessary part of due diligence leading into the binding JDA.

Our partners are there waiting to sign off the JDA - they want this project, as shown by their approval if the Financial Model, which for me was the milestone assuring me that our partners wanted the project and were here to stay. Our revised tariff s 'more than 10%' lower than the previous one that was accepted by the authorities. Currently, they are probably writing the RNS and planning how to manage what happens next i.e. Binding JDA -- cos it coming. Remembering they all got to agree on wording and PR, podcasts to arrange, broker and NOMAD to be contacted, RNS checked etc.

So a lot that has to happen before the RNS released but believe we're in to the final furlong :-))

...if anything, a great sign MMs have absorbed sells well, as others mention, that we remain above 8p while clearing the sellers...

Don't see anything unusual in the sells today to suggest anything to worry about...at all.. At worst, a few folk selling perhaps to unload as overweight in this stock but no pattern to show me that a single or couple of individuals know anything. Mean that genuinely and not just keep up the sentiment...

Splatted me ol China, does seem like those sells were mopped by MMs looking for next rise and probable news. Dropped the SP but not allowing buying in quantity, and now creeping back up... Good luck all genuine folks!

...TonyBaby, understand what you're saying, there is logic there. I go back to what I've says before which is that if folks are properly researched, then this mitigates some of the risk and uncertainty. I've done shed loads of research and have appreciated the excellent research and analysis of others to come to my own understanding here. That's why for me this is not a simple binary as if it going either way. But I get why others, traders in particular, can be less certain. The research out there, RNSs, podcasts, articles, our own contacts with the company, and our own analysis. If folks follow it all through to its logical conclusion, they'll see how it's stacked in our favour and not a simple binary play.

...stevenc72, in one of the interviews, Banjo said that partners wanted to be majority partners. So I'm looking forward to hearing that they have taken an additional 20% if not more. Looking forwards indeed :-))
