Indeed badeli, me ol mucker! :-) In quick succession, Tariff Binding JDA First capital drawdown Shareholder Loan restructuring (The last 3 as per Options RNS) Once tariff lands, and confident it will, the rest very easy to sort between us before the more complex elements. In fact, the JDA, Capital Drawdown and loan restructuring were, in my opinion, quick easy wins for board and team in terms of those options published 6 weeks ago. They knew those milestones would arrive quickly and with ease. Good luck all!

Mikemine, you raise good points in 10:52 post, The only thing I feel differently about why it's taken/taking so long. It's an incredibly technical thing this and can imagine the lengths VLS have already gone to take the insurance company through it, with the insurance next having to process it and come to a conclusion, one that could cost them a fair amount. Think about how car insurance claims take to be processed. And then how technical and niche/specific this process is and has been.

I can completely understand why its taken so long.

Inclined to agree with Laxey, in fact believe the majority of the JDA detail had been sorted during the radio silence between Dec 27th 2017 and 18th April 2018. Since then it's been a very orderly delivery on milestones towards the current end of July milestone. If there's an issue with regards to company guidance on those milestones, specifically that an extra week or two is required, they will let us know in good time (as they did on O&M and EPC in April). Otherwise, the closer we get to end of July, the closer we are to the news :-))

shares_to_buy, there were no leaks regarding the previous milestones but they all came through all in good time... Good luck all! :-))

Wha's great is knowing that GE want this. It's important to them and they will make it happen. The combination of GE and a massive Chinese-state entity - i.e. CMEC - makes this a very serious proposition!!
