The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
IFOXXX I'm curious as to when somebody inserts the word large before their holding.
Why not say "still adding to my holding" instead of 'large hokding" and then not state what in his opinion defines a large holding?
Simply amazing!
NuckyT, if you read this thread, you'll see that most long-term Rolls-Royce investors see SMR's as the icing on the cake and are not solely the reason we're invested here.
Do you honestly believe any government would go 100% in any form of energy production.
So no Rolls-Royce 100% guarantees!.
Do I expect sone SMR order for the UK, yes, but you do know how long any SMR orders will take to feed through to the bottom line?
What's your interest here?
Are you an investor?
A bull or a bear, shorting or going long?
Or simply asking questions from a negative perspective?
Ramderby, so are you shorting Rolls-Royce?
Should I liquidate my holding tomorrow?
Is the Aussie sub deal under threat?
Wow, you are a a half full guy, but seriously, this thread is full of very experienced Rolls-Royce investors so a deramp is going to be difficult.
Scmd, you are stalking me.
Listen, your is a possessive noun i.e your house, your car.
You are is conjugated from the verb to be.
I am, you are.
You are stalking me.
You are incapable of correct English grammar and please don't play the dyslexic label.
Retirement-plan, guys like you amaze me,.
How is it possible to think so negatively?
Is the Delta 767 powered by Rolls-Royce engines, if not why are you commenting?
If yes, then do you seriously think the share will retract on Monday?
Rycey went up nearly 4% in New York yesterday as you know, so they weren't bothered by the Delta information.
Last weekend, the half empty guys like yourself were predicting a regional war in the Middle East, outright war between Iran and Israel, WW3 et al.
What happened, nada!!.
Me, I'm predicting an increase in Rolls-Royce on Monday, if you disagree, open a short position and let's see how much you lose!.
Seriously mate, learn to chill out and keep your negative emotions in check or you'll never make any money.
Drury, why would you think day traders avoid paying CGT?
CGT allowance isn't soley related to shares but in any case it's an annual allowance so it doesn't matter if you exceed the gain in 364 days or 364 minutes, once the gain is realised.
So therefore, day trading is just trading, why would you think differently?
nettles, you are definitely the nicest ***** i've ever read about.
i've always been intrigued by your £7 feb 25 prediction, myself i'm way behind you, only £4 but i bow to your superior analytical capabilities.
it's financially great to be wrong.
the future is interesting.
