Thank God we got out of the European Union. All sane pensioners in this Country have now had their first injection . When I see and hear Ursula von der Leyen , I feel sorry for people in Europe, the woman is a total moron, and should be got rid of. Why cannot the BBC say it as it is, These people are totally anti-British , and against anything that is made here . It is time we returned the favour and stopped buying their products. We could and should actually start manufacturing things again !

If a Company has to give share options to get people to do what they are employed and paid to do , they have the wrong people in the business , and they should be sacked. In medical research the reward is to find a product that will help to cure illness , and that to me is the most important factor and a reason why qualified medicinal chemists go into medical research. We live in a sad world.

At least we are not on the list today , with this dreadful illness focusing on Poland . Sainsbury ; Morrisons ; Iceland ;LIDL and whiter than white Aldi on list.

Instead of all the threats of a wealth tax , which we know will be paid by middle England , as the rich have their money well secured off shore. Why don't we just put VAT up to say 22% , as we are now independent of Europe , or is that too simple.

If you have a mandate in place for DRIP , will the special dividend still be returned in cash to you, or will it be used to buy more shares in the Company ?

With a very sad heart I have sold my shares today , held them for a long time , but made a nett gain of £1500 plus so cannot complain.

How do our Directors get a dividend reinvestment at 936.44p when mine are 943.4232 . Is it not time that all the shares purchased in these schemes are treated equally . So all the shares purchased are added together , price averaged and divided by the number of recipients. This is not a one off , 3rd August 2020, Directors price 905.93 my price 910.5316 . 3rd February 2020 , Directors price 1004.95 , my price 1006.98 .

I love your take on the accounting scandal , that saw our Tesco share price halve in value . Perhaps it should be taken to the West End stage when Covid allows people to go out and mix again . Might just knock Mamma Mia off top spot , and could go on for years like The Mousetrap. The baskets got away with it , and the poor long suffering shareholders have been well and truly shafted . Never mind about flying pigs, the guy who I was talking to whilst doing research into a Company on an industrial estate yesterday , says it was not so long ago that the shares were trading at £4.68 , I checked and he is right . So the Walmart tip might not be so stupid . Tesco at just over half price ?
