I suggest you learn to read and write to a basic level and then buy a couple of book for beginners with your dole money. Testicle, thanks for your concern and coming across to save us at IRG/Echo, but as you are not an investor here, may I suggest that you bu$$er off back to Sou where it looks like you have enough issues across there to get your teeth into.

I don't think this will drop much further, but have a buy set for 290 just in case, and a sell set for 420. IMO

40 million guaranteed OO shares plus another 40 million excess applied for,. Personally if I get 10% of the excess shares applied for then I will be happy. Tying up 56k until we get the result on Tuesday/Wed is the only pain as it could be making money on other holdings that are expecting news next week (Hur, HNR, Zen, VOG, Sou). Good luck all with IRG, Tuesday and We'd are going to be very interesting and possibly quite lucrative for those that get it right, very hard to call though which way this will go, and very dependent on IRGs strategy and news on acquisitions. IMO

Trade able not traceable

In theory the SP should have dropped towards the OO price by now, it hasn't. IMO when the OO.shares are traceable on Wed, quite a few will take profits, but as many will be bought when PI s get the balance of their money back from the Excess share offer. Also depending on the news that JP releases on Tuesday regarding strategy and acquisitions, the SP could end up way North of here on the 19th. This one is very hard one to call.

Guys HL will take the money today or tomorrow. No one will know how many shares they will end up with from the Excess share they applied for until the 18th - fact. From now until the 18th there will be people spouting rubbishy about how many shares they received and have been allocated. Some because they are confused and some because they want to confuse others.

No Liam, you do not need to do anything. Those shares will cost the II's 4.5p but will be worth whatever the SP is when they are added to the market (which will be the same as what your shares will be worth at the time).

It doesn't look like PIs will get a chance to participate in the OO, but as I suggested on this BB a couple of weeks ago, the SP will drift to the 4.5p price anyway, possibly a bit below. For the record, I do not hold Igas shares at the moment, choosing to sell them a few months back. I do however think that with Kerogen backing, and no debt, as such, this could be a very good buy at those prices. JIMO

Ctw , hi, not invested here at the minute but I have a kept an eye on this Company for a while now and really looking for a reason to invest, but cannot, as yet, make the finances and potential work enough for me to invest. Today's RNS is all about intention but not a lot about how it will be payed for. Your thoughts appreciated.

Hani1, Topping up just now wouldn't be a bad thing, but I suspect that the SP may come down to just above the 4.5p placing price. The RNS states that existing shareholders will be able to participate, don't hold your breath as this will most likely be at a high ratio. 1 share available for every 50 held is the best that can be hoped for IMO. If the deal does go through, and I see no real reason that it will not, then with Kerogen on board, the future is good. Those guys know what they are doing and have a good track record investing with O&G Companies.
