Rox, The SP will rise to just under the offer price. Then you can sell or hold to offer is finalized. SP may rise if counter offer comes in but also may fall if deal falls through. If you wait for finalization you get the full offer price. If you sell before you will get roughly 95% of offer price. SP will remain in the +-5% of offer price. look at William hill as an example, just had a offer. GLA

In my head yesterdays RNS out weighs Tipil/flanks so should be higher than 27.50p
