We enter week 16 tomorrow and imo it could be the offer week.

12 weeks to put offers on the table
4 weeks to dot i’s and t’s with lawyers

Also seems that appointment of DLA after 12 weeks fits in with this.

Could be way off but timelines would have been put in place on the 1st July to allow all parties to either leave the process or make an offer in principle after the x weeks/months.

Imo offer is on the table, no longer disclaimers in RNS’s which puts EUA at risk now of being sued by shareholders if no offer is forth coming.

Hopefully a good week to come! If months were used, 3 months + 1 month makes it first week in November. Not long now

I really don’t understand the problem, he sold 500k of shares 1.5% of his holding wow. There will be people past and present on this board, the other board and not on any board that would have sold out/too sliced more!
There is 20m+ shares ‘mia’ over last 3-5 trading days, more concerned who has those! GLA

Ferg the problem with Simply Wall street is they are 'simple' and that historically across all shares they class anyone with over 1% of the shares as a 'insider'. This is the name they have given to does holding 1% or more. They get away with it as this is what they do and have done. There interpretation of an 'insider' is not what the real world thinks.
