Mac, the other big reason I think the BOD have shareholders interest at the forefront is that coming out of suspension they did not have to go down official fsp route imo. They could have sold at that time with a potentially low ball offer and all the BOD would have been extremely rich. They had more to loose than anyone going down the fsp route. All imo GLA

Maybe it was a message to people looking in from the side lines. Maybe it was a message to the holders having doubts.
It referred everyone back to the previous RNS. We are in a sale process, no disclaimer within it.
My view on reading it, invest if you are on the side lines, hold if you have doubt, we are selling but can’t say what the price is.
I believe a price was on the table pre fsp, fsp conducted to get a better offer. The rns say it all, approached by interested companies prior to fsp, after fsp to get best results for shareholders long term and new.
IMO it is not about being sold as I believe there are offer(s) on the table, the process is to get the best they can. GLA

Most are trying to work out timelines from start of fsp, I am trying to look at it the other way and work back from mines re opening as this is a ‘know’ date

The weather determines when the mine opens a again.
New owners in my view in place before this date.
New owners need to be in place 1-2 months prior as need to bed in
Vote on offer not sure time given hence question say 3weeks
Lawyers/paper work after vote 2weeks.
So if we start in March and work back we can get to a date offer needs to land at latest.
The question is not about weather but when the mines re open so I can work back from that date.

As we do not know for sure where we are in sale, yes hopefully nearing the end as dla would not have been appointed. One thing for sure is the new owners will want to be in place for the new season.

New company needs to be established prior to mining restart. Say 2 months in.

Onassis, not 100% correct. After a post a couple of weeks ago I now have 2 pots. Pot 1 'core holdings' never to be touched until BOD sell for me and then trading pot to trade daily/weekly with profits topping up pot 1. Working really well.
