So the TDI file with applications on the that R1ex was looking at (160km2 next to EUA) has just updated, well has todays date on it.
Not sure what to look at but on his previous tweets had said they were still under consideration, not sure if this has changed as in Russian and not sure which ones refer to the area.
Anyone have any ideas?

Jambo, I think the last part relates to if shares (nn) are moved out of isa and you sell, you can not transfer the proceeds back into the isa if you are over the cash allowance for the year to reinvest.

As said we find out tomorrow, it may or not be related but A1ex managed to find out we had confirmation of Tipel before RNS'd so we may have stumbled across the same again here. atleast it is tomorrow and not 4 weeks away!

It has to be announced soon as even after RNS, time will be required to vote our side. Then after that more legal work, company takes over and time required to set up prior to start of mining season.
I can't see it dragging into December.

IMO there is more of a chance of it landing Monday than today.
Today is the last day of he 4 month cycle to finish off everything by COB ready for announcing Monday.
If not Monday it will be soon IMO, what does make it very interesting is that after today/Monday there are no 'guessed' dates that it can drop on, no 120 days, no 3 months, no 3months for offer/1 month for DLA etc.
It will mean that it you are either in or out and if you decide to try and trade the risk level has raised dramatically. I believe people have been trading daily/weekly with the view to get back in by the 120days/4months date etc. The shorts closing and accumulation ending points to this also.
Hopefully the RNS drops Monday but if it doesn't hopefully the SP is less volatile, not that it real matters but a stable rising share puts smiles on peoples faces.
