If not and SP shoots up, if speeding ticket is rns’d would that mean we are getting too close to potential sale price? Do these rns’s work and stop the rise generally and how?
There also may be suspension freezing sp pending offer. How long can they suspend for? Not a bad thing in my view.

Asked this question yesterday before SP rose so Missed.
Does any one know why the spread is so big, normally 1 to 1.5p?
Other shares around the same sp have spreads of 0.30p.
I know the mm’s control it but why so big!

If we are able to vote on accepting a offer, do all shareholders have one vote and treated equal no matter how many shares they hold or is it waited to how many you have? GLA

Gecko, agree. However not so black and white, personally been buying selling last 3 weeks and finally last buy today at 16:20 gives me a completely risk free holding. All shares being profit shares.
Yes I know I will not make as much when deal arrives as to do it 25% of initial holding moved to cash but now more comfortable personally.
Risk is very low however personally prefer zero risk. GLA

Just refreshed google sp on my phone, must of looked 3 weeks ago. Was showing 18.5p, now 37p f@ck me! 3 more weeks hope to see £1.25+++ GLA

Anyone know who/what determines the size of the spread. current 34p - 35.5p when sell is 34.95p and buy is 35.3p.
Why 1.5p spread? other shares in the same SP range have 0.30p spread.
Do we just have a lazy MM? If so can we all get to attention and give them right ramming!

Hi JT, still trying to work out these MIA shares
Have a couple of questions and hope you can answer
They can appear after hours as today - large trade of £1m+ shares
They can appear in TR-1 - logged that way
However I believe today 8m shares still missing so may be TR-1 on the way, however 8m is under 1% so there may not be a TR-1 for it.
So if this is the case where are these shares logged as they can not just stay in limbo, or can they?
