They have my complete admiration for all they are doing in bringing our complete disgrace of a board to account! The problem is I have been here so long ,that you become very cynical of all and sundry!.I have not sold any shares but mostly accumulated my holding between 18-35p.

Stas20 - I certainly agree with those sentiments as I have done for the last year with the sentiments you expressed regarding the management of this company! I have not sold , but I do believe in karma , which is just as well because I certainly do not believe in the powers of the FCA! I would like to wish all shareholders a Merry Christmas and a very Happy and healthy 2024.

It seems the company is happy to allow the bondholders to carry on selling! Hence the lack of any positive follow up news on production or any forward looking statement showing some fight which should have been available when they released the JV news yesterday! Communication is an absolute disgrace alongside any thoughts for their shareholders! I suspect any news will be on Friday (half day) before Christmas concerning their poor production figures and because the SP will be decimated by then- news of a Consolidation to allow the gravy train to continue!

Who would put out a statement like that with no explanation ,if they the company had terminated the JV talks .They would of known exactly the effect that would have on the SP . Yet again it shows a total disregard for their shareholders!!

Not once have the management shown any sympathy for long term shareholders with the terrible SP under their tenure. They could come out with a progress report along the lines of "we know it has been a difficult year for shareholders ,but stay with us because we are on track etc" but now at the earliest it will be the week before Christmas for any news...How many of these bondholders were family and friends and how many of those ramping are closely associated with the company -we just don't know, but although I still hope for some good news nothing would. surprise me with this lot!!

It almost seems the company is happy to keep communication to an absolute minimum whilst bondholders are still selling.

As Illusion said there is no way AM is not in control of this company and that I find very disconcerting . As other's have noted surely if production figures were that improved then surely that fact would of leaked by now .This last few months of constant bondholder selling has got to be the most frustrating time to be a shareholder -just for once it would be nice if those who have been ramping this share for so long were proved right- they deserve it and so do the long suffering shareholders!

If only people on here would spend as long criticising the board as they do each other we may get somewhere! They are almost solely responsible for the mess we find ourselves in, particularly regarding that ridiculous finance deal which again this morning is allowing bondholders to shaft the SP. The lack of communication from management is an absolute disgrace just allowing rampers and de rampers to put in their own five penny worth ,because no one has a clue what is really going on! As for the JV--"we were approached" by another company now 15 months ago- how much longer have patient shareholders got to wait!!

Illusion- a real level playing field not!! I just can't believe they can do that so easily!

Have they cancelled that 56m trade from Friday?

The MM"s And Bondholders at the moment have complete control over this SP just playing with it ,but making sure it doesn't go above 2p- I wonder whether we will have a really large trade again in the next couple of days!

Stas20 - Many thanks for your thoughts which in my opinion are totally justified! For me it is very reassuring to hear from Brattus22 that AM now has a very limited role. I hope that from the 15th November onwards a new happier chapter can be written in the companies future!

The real damage to many shareholders was AM and his one liners-- "Strap yourselves in"----"It's a game -changer" ----"It's a good deal investors just don't get it"----""we are hopeful we may conclude the JV by the end of the month" (Oct 2022). A total disgrace from a CEO enticing and misleading shareholders !

MM's raising SP just to help shift a few more million! One day Rodders!!!

MM's just trying to get through these never ending confetti shares. Raising the SP fractions so they can then sell millions.

One day it will stop ,but not until JV is announced!

Well with the amount of buying I fancy there is possibly a 20 m sell being worked(last chance before the finance announcement ! )We just need JBER to swop sides and then we may see a rise! It certainly has not been a level playing field for private investors.

If the financial deal is all done and the major shareholders are kept informed and know it, why have JBER been on the offer all morning probably selling a few more million shares keeping the SP where it is! If the bondholders know with a satisfactory deal we will hopefully be back to 4p soon then why not wait. I know this management team and financial acumen do not go hand in hand ,but are there some more powerful players suppressing the SP!!

We can only hope that is the case, but until we have an update from the CEO we are guessing ! Sharon said they had the August figures Friday so surely it would of been an ideal time this morning to give an update from our CEO on how September injection is going.

Well that's why there was no movement earlier!

Well if we don't get an explanation soon the SP will be in the 1"s ! This silence is a complete disgrace!!
