Shouston-was that 200k trade not a rollover?

Herein, lies the problem-Some of Art's communication belongs in a creche - "Strap yourself in ' ,but the worse one "Its a game changer"just a week before he puts out an RNS causing the SP to fall from 16p- 6p inside 2 hours, when if you were working gave you no time to read the prospectus.There is simply no excuses for that!

It might not be AIM ,but unfortunately he runs the company as if it is! No-one in the market believes a word he says and that is not helped by juvenile playground remarks such as "strap yourself in " and its "a game changer". Now we have emails saying they are going to update us on storm damage, which as panamabob suggested is an immediate red flag!! More excuses about to be produced!

Very funny -that made me laugh!

It is very poor that following yesterday's RNS that the CEO has remained silent today. At one stage yesterday the SP had fallen over 70per cent and the only communication was a reply to an email from a private investor! {many thanks to him for sharing it]. Yes nobody is made to sell their shares, but everyone has different risks and the speed of fall was frightening especially after the statement only last week that "this is a game changer". It is simply not good enough!!

I have several times over the last few hours had my finger hovering over the buy button but just do not trust that he hasn't already done a placing at 5-6 p.Whatever ,after yesterday's debacle its about time we heard from our illustrious leader!

It did occur to me that maybe some of the sells today were forward selling of a possible placing!

Well about 3 months ago I wrote a post which started " I'm not sure if I am being played'- well we all know the answer to that now! What a complete shocker today's RNS was following once again his Trumpesque announcement only last week that " It was a game changer" - he really just can't help himself and is why the market just doesn't believe a WORD he says! I also said the finance directer appeared out of his depth and this debacle should see him shown the door!
I suspect the Nomad had a fair influence on the wording of today's announcement , and I am still holding ,mainly due to the Asset , and the continual hope of a JV partnership . What did Rory say about Greg Norman and the LIV tour "About time we had an adult in the room"- Well my main hope is the JV might provide one who can at last show some leadership!!

Those seeming buys could well be a rollover

According to ADVFN the mid price was 15.25 at the time which was about the highest it reached and stopped any further rise for the day. Hopefully , though when we reopen that is out the way and we can continue the rise!

I think that was a sell because at the time it was 15-15.5. However, it has been a great couple of days and well done to Art on keeping us updated on all developments. It makes me optimistic for next year. Happy Christmas to everyone.

I accept that is a possibility and in some months no doubt issues will be faced (hence the in due course) but at the moment we are heading towards a single figure SP and if a JV can be sorted then at least the company and SP will be in a better position! As we are so restricted with NDA"s any good news like all wells are online should IMO be promoted

I think as all wells are now online this should be a chance for a positive RNS whilst we await JV or RBL news!.Something along the lines of in due course this should lead to production figures of .... per month and giving estimates of the likely revenue with various oil prices .Yes we have rough ideas already ,but with all wells now online this news should be announced to all shareholders not just via one private email and it may well help to counter this endless fall in SP!

I accept that in most companies shareholders are anxious for news that may propel the SP forwards ,but in this case maybe the CEO should not help by stoking the fire! If he would cut out the grandiose comments that have totally unrealistic timeframes then maybe shareholders would accept these are massive company decisions and have a little more patience!

Thank you LargeGin-It is certainly a frustrating time at the moment ,but just lets hope for some really good news very soon!

He under promised and over delivered because at the moment I feel I am being played. These Trumpesque type pronouncements I have certainly had enough of the " strap yourselves in "-- "Were going to contact them in the morning to speed things up"---"It's a great deal the investors just don't get it" and in his latest presentation" we are hopeful we may conclude the JV by the end of the month "well were getting on for the end of the following month!! This together with an RBL that we started talking about in January and a finance director who seems way off the pace just leads to my frustration! I will sit tight for a little longer mainly because the Asset is spectacular , I hold shares bought in the 30's and I genuinely want AM and the company to succeed , but for me it's time to stop kicking the can down the road and deliver! No more excuses!

It did seem that ART was more bullish about the JV and feels that if he can get that done the RBL becomes less urgent! I thought his reply to the question of whether he had highlighted any particular bank, ( unless the deal has all but been done with their present bank!!!) lacked any real urgency, which surprised me considering our predicament with this death spiral finance deal. Although we give ART a hard time on here sometimes. , what exactly has Ryan brought to the table to justify his £400k salary. It really would be nice if he was about to step up and we could rightly sing his praises!

When people say this is a good day to bury bad news - IMO the bad news is the bondholders decided that with a positive flaring result there would be a fair degree of buying so a good time to offload another few million shares. I don't think whatever ART put in the RNS would of made any difference to today's action!
